The media could not be loaded. Runs fast, one scratch on the back it’s in great condition beautiful iPad actually love it. It is my first one the setup was very quick and easy the screen is bright i am in love with it honestly very comfortable to use the quality is excellent. Connected to my wifi with ease. It’s very light and portable in my opinion, durable as well. I can’t stop looking at it. All my apps are downloading fast everything is very smooth it’s an old gen so the battery life isn’t the best it drops pretty quick but I don’t mind keeping the charger around. 10/10 would recommend if you are on a budget and want a nice pretty iPad. Very satisfying. I did order the one without cellular and wifi but, but this one is cellular + wifi I’m not complaining at allllll thank you Amazon lol. ... show more

Giving five stars, despite a couple cons. Here’s my opinion on this purchase: 1.) Price: I purchased the 2020 iPad Air 10.9” on a sale price of $239 which is great for a fairly new Apple product so no complaints there! 2.) Quality: The condition was listed as Refurbished - Excellent… and it is! No scratches, no cracks, no dings or dents, looks BRAND NEW and is true to size 10.9”! 3.) Super lightweight making it comfortable to hold and use for extended periods of time. 4.) Just like any Apple product, set up is always a breeze. If you have other Apple products then you already understand. Here’s my complaint: Shipping was not so good. I have previously worked for FedEx so when I saw my iPad was shipping through them I thought “I’ll be lucky if it isn’t broken or lost”. With that being said, it was delivered 2 days late but arrived undamaged and in one piece so I’ll let that be. The packaging, however, was hugely disappointing. (Pics for reference) The iPad was not shipped in an original Apple box. It was shipped in a thin brown box, wrapped in a single bubble mailer with a single sheet of brown packaging paper in the box. There was too much space in the box for my liking and could definitely use improvement. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone else orders from this company and receives an excellent condition iPad in damaged condition due to shipping. These products are cheaper than typical retail price BUT $200+ is still a lot of money in this economy. Overall great experience, iPad is perfect and in perfect condition, just hate that the packaging was so insufficient. ... show more

The ipad I received has issues with registration: mostly with using a stylus, but some with the touch screen. I bought and tested 6 different styluses/apple pencils to isolate the problem to the ipad hardware. After that time and money spent, I went to request a replacement, which was not an option in the self-service return menu. After getting on the phone with Amazon customer service, they directed me to message the seller. After 5 days the seller replied that the order had been fulfilled by Amazon, so I should contact Amazon customer service again. Upon getting on the phone again with Amazon customer service, they offered to send a replacement. When I got the replacement, I couldn't even get through the set up screens because the touch screen wouldn't register (I couldn't even slide to turn it off!). Calling Amazon customer service again, they offered a refund and said that I should buy another ipad but from a different seller this time (i.e. that I shouldn't buy it from the Amazon Renewed store). ... show more

it came in perfect condition no scratches no cracks noting (though i did drop it and dent the side i promise that wasn’t there until about a day ago) size is absolutely perfect, not super big but not extremely small. it’s really loud but not too loud. setup was a bit hard but i managed. it’s really durable and screen and camera quality is great ... show more
