This thing keeps freezing up after just a few minutes of use, no help from anyone, very disappointed with the warranty dept., the seller and amazons a-z warranty it's a joke. I will replace this iPad but will not buy one from amazon ever again, , it's a p.o.s., shop elsewhere for a iPad, no refund just keep me jumping through hoops, I'M DONE. ... show more

The refurbished "excellent" IPad I bought would not hold a charge to save it's technology, lol. Either it wouldn't charge or it would and power was out in 15 minutes. I reached out to Amazon and they emailed the seller to let him know. .he worked with me thru logistics and quick delivery and Amazon to get the IPad I had back to them so they could satisfy the customer, who was me.
