For some reason this IPAD is giving us trouble getting my chip to read and we have tried a lot, my wifes works in it my son-in-laws works just not mine. They have apple and mine is android but we are trying everything it says to do and no luck, will have someone with more knowledge then us look and try. This thing keeps freezing up after just a few minutes of use, no help from anyone, very disappointed with the warranty dept., the seller and amazons a-z warranty it's a joke. I will replace this iPad but will not buy one from amazon ever again ... show more

The iPad works great, haven’t had any problems so far with how it functions. Only complaint is there is a little bit of bumps around the sides of the iPad but that’s somewhat expected when buying refurbished.
