This doesn't have holes at bottom for ventilation which I was already concerned about, we went ahead and got it to try anyways. When we received the product it was falling apart while we were putting the prices together the wires were falling out of the top and the center price won't fit in the middle properly as well. It also doesn't come with the water bottle for the humidity. I wouldn't buy this again

So, first for the good: This thing holds a lot of eggs at one time. Comes with three different wheelbases for various size eggs such as chicken, quale, or duck. Has a easy to use control panel on top that can be plugged in or comes with an attachment to allow it to be plugged into a battery for emergencies. Easy to read display to show temperature and humidity. Has a egg candler on top that works well. The fan moves the air around very well inside, so the chicks dry quickly. The trays are self-turning on a set schedule which is nice. The unit can be controlled from an app so you can change the settings such as humidity, temperature, turning, etc. which is a nice feature. Now for the bad: The floor is solid and does not have small holes like other incubators so all the trash has nowhere to go from hatching etc. so they are walking around in it. The components are attached to the top and have a cover which makes it shorter on the inside and my chickens could not stand up straight in the incubator. The design moves the air around, so it gets very dirty all over and the upper cover is hard to clean after use. There is a center column which is part of the humidity system that can be difficult to line up when placing the top cover on which is completely due to the design of the parts that connect the top and bottom. Overall, it did a good job and hatched the chicks like it was designed to do. I like the larger size and the ability to adjust settings for more experienced users but still has default settings that will work great for a first-time user. Overall, a great product that I will use again.

This is a nice incubator. It is relatively easy to operate even though the directions are challenging. Assembly was somewhat easy even though the directions were not simple to understand. It heated up fast and the temperature was accurate. The unit also is quiet when operating. No a bad unit, but it does seem a bit overpriced for what it offers.

so i did have some issues with getting the app to work probably my doing. this incubator is verry easy to set up and easy to breakdown and clean. so i didn't have a problem with humidity even though it ran a bit low. i still had a great hatch. the incubator is pretty quit and i forget its even there. this is verry easy to run the controls work just fine. it a pretty good price and i would recommend it.

I am still pretty new to hatching eggs, but I have hatched clutches successfully with another incubator, and this one is terrible. The product description is inaccurate- there is no stainless steel anywhere in this product- it's all plastic. The directions that come with the product are incomplete and inaccurate, and when I tried to get help from the website none of it was in English. The directions make it seem that the temperature and humidity are adjustable, but they are not. So my machine is stuck at a temperature and a humidity that I cannot control, and neither is the ideal setting for hatching chicken eggs. I thought that perhaps I'd be able to make adjustments once I linked the incubator to my phone. The app wanted access to other programs on my phone, it wanted me to not only enter in my Wi-Fi password multiple times at different steps, but it even wanted me to enter the password to unlock my phone. That all seems VERY suspicious so I deleted the app and took preventative steps to keep my phone from getting hijacked. The incubator doesn't even have a way to stop the motor that moves the tray for the last few days of incubation. You have to take the eggs out of the incubator, remove the plastic tray from under the eggs, and put them back in at a time when the eggs need to be disturbed as little as possible. The product description says that you can candle eggs without lifting the lid, which is technically true if you are candling eggs that aren't being incubated. The light (which is so weak that it doesn't work on light tan egg shells even in a very dark room) is on the top on the incubator. So to candle the eggs you have to open the incubator, remove an egg, hold it up to the light, then put it back in. And when I opened the incubator the second time it went into alarm because of temperature drop. I got this incubator because my previous incubator can only handle 8 duck eggs at a time and this one claims to be able to handle 24. I'm extremely skeptical about that because it has a hard time with 24 medium and large chicken eggs. No extra large or jumbo- just medium and large ones. I have to have the large eggs in the inner circle because otherwise one of two things happens- the motor just can't turn the tray with the weight on the outside of the circle so it jams and eventually the gears separate, meaning the eggs aren't getting rotated. OR when I had one large egg in the outer circle it kept getting caught on the plastic dome and when the tray turned the egg popped the dome up causing the heat and humidity to drop, as well as stopping the rotation because the tray can only be rotated when the dome is perfectly seated in the tray. At least that set off the alarm so I know there was a problem. There are better incubators on the market. I strongly recommend against buying this one.
