It did not come with any instructions not that it was a problem, but some people might find that to be a problem. Also, there is no drain plug! Otherwise, it’s great for a pool and it’s also great for a toddler for something sturdier than your typical plastic hoop. I also like that it can fit a full size basketball. I think that it should be slightly less expensive, but compared to what is out there I think it’s priced right. Just be sure to have a 13 and 14 mm socket because the ones provided are no good. ... show more

So we didn’t want to buy the baby plastic hoop for my cute wild little boy, so we bought this as an alternative. I am very happy with our decision. It is literally like a real hoop just short. We got it when my son was 1.5 and now he is almost 2 and LOVES it. Plus the hoop holds up really well. The only con I can think of is, when you shoot the net sometimes swings and gets stuck on the other hooks that hold the net. It’s pretty annoying. We just hammered the hook to the side/more in and haven’t had that issue again. ... show more

    • Perfect driveway goal for toddlers wanting to play with older siblings.
I have a 2 yo that tries to emulate everything his 14 yo brother does, especially with a basketball. So I was looking for something that was more rugged than the plastic indoor basketball goals so the 2 yo could play in the driveway with big brother. This has been perfect for him to think he's a "big" boy! He can shoot a real ball and it clanks like the big goal. I thought it was going to have a small basketball hoop and net. It fits a regulation size ball. Very sturdy. Only bad thing is the top part moves when using it. We are going to drill a hole through the pole so the bolt goes all the way through and will stop the basket area from moving. Great price and great quality. ... show more
