If you are a first time vibration plate user, this is an excellent product and economical too. It is easy to use, having the remote makes it even easier so you don’t have to bend down to get the right settings nor do you have to stop if you are looking to increase or decrease the intensity. There are ten levels of speed which allows the user to change up their experience. It is not very large, can easily be stored under a bed and it is light enough to move around from one space to another. This is something that every member of the family can enjoy. My daughter has used this vibration exercise machine for three days now and she loves it. She said it feels like she’s had a complete workout. She uses it twice a day. She said she has two complaints, she wished it was a bit wider and the instructions needed to have an English version so she could understand them. She said it’s not as heavy as she expected it to be but it’s also not as big as she expected either but she said for the price compared to other similar machines she was happy with it even with the few complaints. It seems to be a better quality item. If any issues arise I will update my review but for now we are happy with the purchase.

Got this a little before Mother's Day, but my mom really liked it day of. It might appear a bit compact but its multiple speed levels make up for it. Besides the remote, the vibration plate can be operated using its own surface, timing each session in minute increments. I believe its mass capacity limits appear to hold true. I'm personally in love with this plate's overall caliber and performance. Also great for temporary relief 👍

We love this machine. Super easy to set up and use. There are 5 preset "workouts"; vibration automatically changes speeds, or you can use a manual setting to control the speed. The programs are all 10 minutes in length. The resistance bands are a good idea, but they do not work well due to their attachment location. The clips and strength of the bands are pretty thin. We use it while watching TV, it is quiet, jiggles the body, and has a large platform width. Our shoe sizes are women's 10.5 and men's 12, but we tend to go barefoot or with socks on, and our feet fit fine.

I really wanted this AoraPulse Vibration Plate to be the solution for my daily lymphatic drainage and low-impact recovery, especially given the sleek design and the promising specs. On the positive side, the motor is impressively quiet; you can easily use it while watching TV without having to crank up the volume, and the pre-set programs offer a decent variety of intensities. However, after using it for about a week, we ultimately decided to return the item because it simply didn't feel safe or durable enough for consistent daily use. The primary issue is the overall stability of the platform. Based on my experience with higher-end vibration plates in physical therapy offices, this model feels quite "plasticky" and rattles significantly once you get past the midway point of the speed settings. Even on a flat, hard floor, the machine tended to "walk" across the room during a ten-minute session, which is a common complaint with these lighter, entry-level units. The remote control was also very hit-or-miss; I often had to aim it directly at a specific spot on the base multiple times just to change the speed, which is incredibly inconvenient when you’re trying to maintain your balance. This would’ve been perfect but I have a total hip replacement. Do not use this if you’re like me because it will loosen your hardware in your hip. I used it for 10 minutes once and I absolutely suffered for over a week after. CAUTION!
