I ordered the blue AOSDK 21" soprano ukulele for my 8 year old granddaughter. The instrument arrived in 2 days and came in perfectly. It did not have the tuner with it so I emailed the company. They responded back within the day and told me that the ukes do not come with a tuner anymore since people use the one on an online app. I asked for one since my granddaughter does not have a phone yet since she is too young. The company responded back again within a day and sent me one as a gift. Global musical instrument company has EXCELLENT customer support. We are extremely happy with the quality of the ukulele for the price and the response of the company. I highly recommend them.

It's fine for the price. Metal frets were sticking out the neck and were a little sharp. It's okay if you're a beginner and playing basic chords, but once you start moving up and down the neck playing barr chords, etc., it catches the skin a little.

Impressed with quality of instrument.. great value for the price! Well crafted with quality wood., even has the more desirable curved bottom. Included tuner is a nice perk, but both the strap (hang style but uke is equipped for button strap) and online lessons didn't work for me at all. Still well worth it!

It’s a good instrument but I’m not even kidding as soon as I opened it the strings immediately broke 😭 I don’t know why but so did the tuner clip. Thankfully there are replacements in the box
