I left a review and almost immediately someone from their team contacted me. They offered a full refund and apologized for any inconvenience. I had a great experience talking with their staff and will be ordering another one. I do love the look of the fan and hope the new fan will not have issues. Below was my original review. I loved this fan for about 6 months. Then it started making a high pitched sound every now and then. About 8 months now and it makes the high pitched sound every time it’s on for more than 2 minutes. I’ve tried cleaning, moving, and changing speed settings and nothing stops it. I can’t sleep with it on anymore as the noise is unable to sleep through. Just get the normal ugly circle fan. I’ve had one of those for 6 years without issue. I switched to this because it looks better and takes up less space. I still gave it 3 stars because it does work (circulates air). I still use it during the day or while watching tv and you can’t hear the noise, but wouldn’t buy it again since I wanted a sleeping fan. ... show more

This fan is fantastic. Power and oscillation are top notch. My only wish is that the temperature display could be turned off without being in nighttime mode. Nighttime mode only works when the fan is actively on, thus if you have the fan plugged in but not on, it brightly shines the blue temp display into your face at night which isn’t ideal. ... show more

I got this fan last year and I love it so I got a new. The 2nd one though everything works but there a weird rattling sound fan is standing up but when it's on its side the noise disappears. It's weird

I use this in my overly warm classroom because it's safer than a traditional box fan. The highest setting is also definitely quieter than my old fan, but it's still pretty noticeable. With the remote that comes with it, it has to be directly pointed at the display or it doesn't work. If your fan is oscillating this becomes almost impossible to use. i loved the overall look of the fan. all the settings are super fun and it even has a setting that makes you feel like you're outdoors with a natural breeze. the night mode dims all the lights, so that's not a problem if you like to sleep in pitch black. i like to keep it on. my favorite feature is the temp screen on the face of the fan. if it wasn't for that i would've never known that the HVAC system was going out of whack. it thought it was having heat strokes! but this fan is useful in multiple ways. again, i love it! ... show more
