Happy in the southwest
A day late and big dent in the front. Guess I'll try to make ice in a coupla hours. Maybe I'll change the stars if it works. Edit= changed my 3 stars to five because it works really well making continuous soft ice. Customer service contacted me and wanted to give me a full refund if I returned it, but Im not returning it. They can have the five stars and I get to keep the ice maker. It's much smaller and easier to operate than my bullet ice maker. Its very quiet and fast with the ice making which is important when its summer here in Arizona. Edit*** several months into using this ice machine (dent included) I must say I am VERY happy with it. Works continuously and all I have to do is add water. The nuggets are small enough to use in everything including my "gardening" tools. I start it in the morning and turn it off at night. I have officially retired the bullet machine because of this little compact device which is much smaller than the bullet ice maker. In short,....worth it!!

Stopped working in a couple months... trash
Do not recommend. Product is very noisy but I was okay with it whole it worked. Just a couple months into it it started making the loudest screeching sound...I mean really loud. And stopped producing ice. I cleaned it regularly and used filter water only..still kept getting moldy and gross after short period of time. Unfortunately past 30 day return period and just issue with Amazon and warranty so now I'm out what I go consider a lot of money. I see now the same issue with many more customers on here. This should automatically come with a manufacturer warranty but apparently should does not mean it does.

It’s well worth the money & it makes ice quickly !
It’s perfect for us .we can fill up a 6 quart bowl in about 2.5 hrs . It’s quite, has a light that lets you know it’s full or add water. It will hold 1.5 quarts of water at a time. Perfect size ice to munch on. We had a larger machine that cost a lot more, that wasn’t as nice as this one.

Sonic ice without having to go to sonic!!
Love this Ice maker!! It’s a little noise while making but not bad. I had never had one so I did some research. You leave them plugged in and run all the time and it’s always happens to melt it just recycles and makes more ice. So every morning when I get up, I can feel my cup up with ice and put my water in and head straight to work. The ice is comparable to sonic ice and I absolutely love it.!!

It’s a great ice maker!
If you love Jack’s ice, you’ll love this ice maker. Great quality! If you stay up on it, it makes 25-28 lbs of ice per day, which we bag up and put in the freezer. I just love eating the little nuggets the machine puts out. Highly recommend!

Great ice. Noisy machine.
The machine works well, looks great and produces uce quickly. The 3 stars are for the noise. It recycles the melting ice water which is great but causes the machine to run continuously. It is really loud. If noise doesn't bother you its well worth the price. Just be ready to listen to it alot. Its about the same level as a running car or running microwave, possibly a hair dryer level of loud. If not for that it would be a solid 5 stars. Wish Id have looked longer for a quieter machine.
