After light use over the course of six months, no scorching heat, no dishwasher, and only wooden utensils—the silver grid on the inside bottom surface of mine also started to break apart into little pieces. I contacted [email protected], and a ticket was generated, stating that they would get back to me within 3-5 business days. However, I haven't heard back. I've tried repeatedly over the past few weeks, but there has been no response. I have the same Anolon X SearTech pans that have been used without this issue, so this problem may be specific to the 2.5-quart pan. I own many Anolon pots and pans. This is the first time I have ordered from the Anolon X line. The pot seems to be of fine quality. However, the new style handle is far too small to comfortably fit my hands. I am a large person, so this may not be an issue for others.
