Incredible cookware. Been using them to cater for the last few days as I am a chef, and they have been a dream to work with. Make sure to wash them with hot soapy water when you first receive them to remove the artificial film that often gets coated onto these pans. Cleaning is also very easy.

Those that complain in the reviews about food sticking do not know how to clean and season a pot or pan. We have a induction stove. This cookware is the best product we have tried for our Jenaire stovetop. Others complained about the weight- QUALITY COOKWARE IS SUPPOSED TO BE HEAVY! We love this set. UPDATE: We’ve had this set now for two months. We use them daily. Easy to keep clean. Wipe them completely dry after washing and the outside surface will not spot. I thought I did my due diligence when purchasing this product in August 2017. I was mistaken. It was obvious from the start that these pots and pans were not nonstick. As you can see from picture, cooking with them has left giant white and gray stains all over the bottom and sides. The one shiny pan in the picture was bought at the same time from a different company. I’m using it to compare how terrible these are. Now, I did not expect these to be totally nonstick, but I do expect, with some elbow grease, that they should be looking as clean as the other pan represented in the picture. Also, the small pot always tops over unless there is something inside of it. Very unbalanced as you can tell from the photo. Look elsewhere and save your money for something that will last and clean up well! ... show more

This is an awesome cookware set. Looks good too. We hung the smaller pots by our stove as shown in the pictures. Very heavy due to induction cooper base. Very sturdy. Love the fact they have NO non-stick surfaces. Touch if Olive oil is all you need. Quality.

I waited to leave a review for these pots and pans... so I could thoroughly test them out. Reading all of the previous reviews, I was very skeptical to buy them.... "everything sticks", "food sticks on all the time", etc.... I will say, yes, sometimes food will stick to these pots and pans, however, I have never owned a pot or pan that was easier to clean. I just rinse/ soak the pan for 5 minutes (normally less time than that), and the burned on food simply wipes away. Wonderful!!! My previous pot and pan set, teflon coated aluminum, had some kind of concentric ring pattern inside the pan, and food would always burn and stick on there. It was even more difficult to clean. Also, these pots and pans are perfect for the dishwasher too! My previous pots and pans had hollow handles that weren't completely sealed to the pan, so if not positioned correctly in the dishwasher, it would fill up with dirty dishwater. So annoying, un-sanitary, gross, and frustrating. No such problem with these. Solid handles, no where for water to gather. Perfect. One thing I did notice while trying to boil water in the large stock pot.... it seemed to take forever without the lid on. I think because I was used to the thin aluminum pots and pans, heat transferred more quickly, thus heating the water faster. So, keep that in mind when trying to boil water with these.... use the lid, and give it a little extra time. I would say only one downside of this set is the shape of the pots and pans. They have a tapered shape, so the base is smaller than the rim....which doesn't leave a lot of surface area contact to the burner on the stove. Hindsight, I might have looked for this exact set of pots and pans, only in a straight non-tapered design. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Wonderful set!! ... show more

So the only thing I had issues with is cleaning the pan out. I finally saw a tip on YouTube and purchased a soft scrubbing cloth. Also wait until the pan is completely cool. Otherwise I have used all pans and they are great. Electric stove tops take longer to heat these pans but once they are heated have found that I turn temperature slightly down and food cooks perfectly. Gas stove tops heats very quickly and if recipes call for medium high heat I definitely would use between medium and medium high. Great set for the price. ... show more

As long as you know how to properly cook with stainless steel, you will have no issues with these. The copper base does oxidize sometimes when cooking on a burner larger than the pan, instructions say not to do this but sometimes I dont have a choice. Oxidation is removed easily with lemon juice. These were a great switch from my old pans and the food taste noticeably better. Only with the lids were glass, but thats ok. ... show more

Love my new cookware!! This set is replacing a Teflon I've had for too long. I have had to change the cooking temps I'd been accustomed to using because they conduct the heat so much better than what I had. They are so pretty as well, I wish my cabinets had windows so I could display them! Make sure you read the instructions though. I've had to simmer them on the stove with vinegar to get the tough stuff off a couple of times but it's been worth it. They really make cooking a pleasure! ... show more
