I did a lot of online searching and read a lot of reviews before buying. I've now had them for over a month, used them every day and can say that I am very impressed. First of all, they feel good. They are heavier than the cheap non-stick ones you see in stores (the ones you pickup and then quickly put down and walk away in hopes nobody saw you looking). Their balance and weight are very good. Second, they distribute the heat nicely in the pan. I don't see any evidence of uneven cooking. Third, they seem tough and the non-stick surface seems to be well adhered. They clean up nicely, even with hard scrubbing - They're tough, as I mentioned. Finally, I think they look good with the matching stainless lids. I leave one out on my gas stove all the time as part of the "look" of my kitchen. ... show more

Well worth the money. Easy to clean, heats fast and evenly. Food cooks faster without burning and on a lower heat. Haven’t bought new cookware in a couple of decades and am amazed at the difference in how much better the food tastes. Well worth the money.

I like the look of the skillets and the non-stick surface makes cleanup a snap. The only reservations I have about these skillets is that I’ve only been using them a few weeks, and I have been very careful, but I already see a chip out of the non-stick surface on the rim of the pan. It looks like a tiny white spot in the center of the photo. I’m worried that the non-stick coating will continue to peel. I intend to contact the manufacturer and will update if I have news. ... show more

The pans I ordered were replacements for the same that I had for about 4 years. I've had a lot of non-stick pans and these are the best ones I've had. They are a bit heavy (which I don't mind) but that's the price you pay to get very even heating across the entire surface without any hot spots. The non-stick surface is the most durable non-stick surface I've had but it does wear a little over time. As long as you use silicon spatulas with these pans the surface will last a very long time. The only reason I needed to replace my pans is because my young daughter ruined the pans by overheating them and using a metal spatula on them; this was not a fault of the pans or reflects on their durability. In addition, if you like to cook omelets and don't want any browning of the eggs, these are the best pans for omelets. ... show more

We have had Calphalon for years and it was time to replace the set after years of service. I read and read and read reviews and decided to try Anolon and am very impressed! First the heat does not transfer to the handles, THANK YOU! The pans are very heavy, heat quickly and evenly over medium heat and things just slide out - no sticking. I have never owed pan's this good they are a little pricey but well worth the money these are the only non stick pans I have ever owed that were truly non stick but you have to follow the instructions on use and cleaning food actually tastes better in these pans
