I have an Anolon set from about 25 years ago which I use daily. The 2 quart is my most frequently used pot and is starting to wear so I wanted another 2 quart pot. With the mixed reviews I was hesitant to purchase but decided to take the risk as I love my original set. I've been using the pot several times a week for the past 2 months, approximately. I've used it to make rice, veggies and sautee small amounts of meat. I'm very happy with my purchase but the quality of the pot is not what it use to be. However, for the price, its a very good quality. For comparison, the high quality pot I really wanted, their 2 quart pot was $140. So $50 for the Anolon is well worth it. The pot cleans up nice and I do like the poor spout/lip on the pot which my old one doesn't have. I haven't used the pot lid to drain but looks like a nice feature. Overall very happy. ... show more

The pot was beautiful but it was opened and just tossed in the box I didn't want to keep it. The smaller one was in tact, and I love it. Cooks my rice perfect, one cup of rice. I will buy the other again and hope it come nicely packaged like my other pots

This is my favorite pan. It's deep and wide so is great for making chicken with beans and rice. It's non stick has even heating with a glass lid. You can roast a chicken in it in the oven. Great for making meat sauce.

Great value. Pot’s 2-sided handles are sturdy & don’t get hot while use atop electric stove appliance. Great size: the bottom of pot fully covers all coils atop large electric-coiled 1990’s stove top. When pot is full of boiling water, it’s not too heavy & best of all, while lifting full pot BOTH HANDLES ENSURE CONTENTS REMAIN IN THE POT. That’s critical for users who for physical reasons, eg spinal fusions in neck, are limited by surgeon’s advice “never lift more than “X-number of pounds” for rest of your life. Frankly, I did not expect the handles to matter. HOWEVER, this 2-handled non-stick clad Pot EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS! I’d award it 10 stars, if I could. Btw, Amazon shoppers: ACCORDING TO EXPERTS, whenever any non-stick clad interior is scratched or nicked, it’s ADVISABLE TO TOSS IT- don’t give it away. BUY A NEW, REPLACEMENT & use cooking utensils that will not damage the non-stick interior of your pots & pans. (The only exception: when a baking pan, cookie sheet surface is scratched, cover with aluminum foil & ALWAYS USE QUALITY PARCHMENT PAPER ATOP ENTIRE FOIL SURFACE. 1)baked goods bake more evenly onQUALITY parchment paper & 2)avoid the yet to be determined quandry, “does direct contact with aluminum affect human health?” Btw, this pot was extremely well-packed & arrived @ my doorstep.
