We made shrimp pizza with these and loved it. Smaller size is helpful for those concerned about calories. Can also be fried in a pan for extra crispiness after baking.

    • Break easily, sticks to your teeth, very small, not tasty
One of these cracked as it folded when I removed it from the package. They are very small. So much gum is used to bind the dough that it sticks to your teeth. You'd be better off using a slice of GF bread as crust. Overrall these are terrible.
