Videos helped with explaining the installation of this unit, made everything very easy. System does everything, you don’t even need to take your phone out. A few touches on the screen and you can hear your messages or talk hands-free on your phone, play your playlist, or your favorite streaming service. Wireless CarPlay is great. Installed in a 2010 Camry. installation was easy. First unit was defective, which they replaced very quickly. Communication with seller was excellent and in a timely manner. Replacement unit works as expected But does not pick up local FM radio stations. Can’t swear that this is a problem with the unit but we don’t listen to local radio stations anyway. my steering wheel volume buttons don’t work either. Again, It may be a setting i haven’t found but it’s not a big deal. There are volume buttons on the face of the unit, easily accessible . I’m overall satisfied with the unit since it plays SiriusXM and Spotify, which is why I bought it. Not planning on upgrading to a newer car so as cheap as this unit is, it was a no-brainer to update to more modern radio.

Worked solid for about a week, but then when using car play the music would act up and skip/glitch through the songs. It didn't do this all the time so we just delt with for a while, but then it started doing it regularly, so I deleted the car paly app off the system and that fixed the music issue but sucked not having car play. After 6 months the screen would turn on and remained black. I took everything apart and checked all the connections/wires and unplugged/plugged everything back in and the screen worked for a day now its just black. This device is cheaply made which is reflected in the price, but I took a chance.

I bought this radio because the factory unit's aux cable failed and I was looking for a suitable replacement. After searching on YouTube, I came across this particular device and it appeared to be very easy to install. After a few hiccups (which were self inflicted), I was able to install the radio in an afternoon. The only problems with the unit were it didn't have any place to attach a screw to the support bracket and the backup camera looked more like a CCT instead of being HD. The first problem wasn't really an issue because the unit is so light and was held in place by the AC vents on top. The second problem was identified by a previous reviewer but I bought the device anyway. I figured it would be good enough to see behind me and it was. Overall I was very impressed by this radio and it definitely an improvement over the OEM. I would definitely purchase this device again!

I installed this in 2008 Camry manufactured in USA. The fit is ok and aligns well. The color for the trim is a bit off and installation into existing bracket is not exact but I can live with it. Power on: My first impression once it was powered up was that it was extremely slow. All the apps load so slow. They take forever and once loaded they are not able to operate properly. It's pretty useless. Carplay: However, carplay seems to make everything better. I can play my music, have navigation this works from my phone, and receive phone calls. Steering Controls: My steering controls don't work. I asked customer service for wiring labels. They responded within 24-hours. There were a few back emails. The guy kept giving me run arounds, finally he sent me pictures with labels with mostly with his hand. The labels were hard to read since all the wires were overlapping. It seems like he was doing it on purpose. Value: I probably paid too much for this specific unit since there are other sellers on Amazon that are selling similar units for Camry that are priced much less than this unit. All these Android based units work the same way and basically are based on the same electronics and software. Overall: 1. Installation was easy but time consuming. The wholes in brackets in my Camry did not line up with the holes in the unit. Since the unit is very light, I just let the top and bottom plastic tabs click into exiting slots for AC vent and climate control keep it in place. So basically, there are no screws holding it in place. 2. Radio works. I was able to scan for various radio stations in the area. 3. GPS and apps tried to work but the unit does not have enough power to run the apps. 4. Carplay worked reasonably well and enough to quickly connect via Bluetooth. This makes it easy to get in the car, start, connect, transfer my map destination, play music, and receive phone calls. 5. Rear camera with 9 inch screen reasonably well.
