I was thinking about bidets for quite a while, but scheduling my first colonoscopy motivated me to purchase one. This item was easy to install, and is easy to use. Nice big knobs for your hand. It looks nice on the toilet and it flips up for easy cleaning. I don’t know if it’s the bidet or maybe I have high water pressure at my home but I do not have to turn the pressure knob hardly at all and the water jets are strong and effective. Even though it’s cool water temperature (coming from your tank) it’s not uncomfortable. I’m impressed for the price, enough that I ordered two more! Christmas gifts for my mom and sister, both of who have IBS issues. I think they will really appreciate the gift. ... show more

All the connections were sized right and came with all the parts needed right of the box, down to the teflon tape. Once all hooked up the bidet experience was refreshing in a way I never knew I was missing. For mornings it's a great wake-up routine as this is not a heated version, but gets you clean and jumpstarts the morning. This is my 2nd bidet and the best one. What sets this apart from the others is that it lifts up for cleaning purposes. The portion of the bidet that rests on the back of the toilet, conveniently lifts up. I like this because bidets tend to get grime (for lack of a better word) around the spray head and even on the part that screws to the toilet. It’s nice to be able to clean it thoroughly. With that said, it functions very typically like bidets do. The installation is pretty simplistic except you need to be careful when you screw down the toilet seat to the bidet. Since it has these hinges for lifting up, you have to make sure that the toilet seat doesn’t cover those hinges when screwing down. That’s a little easier said than done. It did take me a few adjustments to get it right. All in all, I would recommend it for those looking for a bidet ... show more

I am seriously not sure how we lived as long as we did without a bidet attachment. My husband ordered some big fancy new toilet, so I thought we should jazz it up with a bidet. We have no easy access to electricity in our water closet and I really didn't want a lot of extra features that could go wrong like heated seats and air dryers. I just wanted a simple attachment that would be easy to install, easy to clean, and easy to use. This fits the bill perfectly. It is reasonably priced. It was pretty easy to install, although we did need to use one set of the risers which came with it. I would suggest two people for the install. One to hold everything straight while the other tightens. I love that the bidet attachment lifts for cleaning! That was the hardest part to get lined up correctly, but so worth it because otherwise, just yuck. If you have been thinking about adding a bidet to your bathroom experience, I highly recommend you spend the $55 and make the neo your purchase. It is life-changing. ... show more
