I'm happy with this phone holder which fits in the cup holder of my vehicle. It arrived very well packaged and is of high quality. The bendable arm is very sturdy and the mechanism to adjust the base in the cupholder is straightforward. I would be happier if the part that grips the phone was just a touch sturdier; mine is the larger iPhone. I have a ring attachment on the back of my phone case that impedes the holder, so I take the case off when I'm using the phone holder. That's a bit annoying but having a place to park my phone so I can easily see maps while driving makes me happy. I prefer this style of phone holder for my car over one that suctions to the dashboard or clamps to a vent. A few days after this product arrived, I received a very sweet unsolicited follow-up email from the seller offering to replace the phone holder at no charge if there were any problems along with information on the option to have a holder with a charger. I finally found a phone holder that doesn't move around or drop the phone. This is the best phone holder. I have a jeep liberty so my cup holder sits a little lower the only thing is I wish the neck of it was a little longer other than that it's great.
