I ordered this phone holder back in November 2025, assembled and installed it all with no problems. The directions were very clear and precise. I had no problems with it until I brought my car in for service earlier in January. The repair was for the screen, and since my phone holder is directly behind it on my dashboard. The technician had to remove it to do the repair, and unfortunately, I was unable to get it to stick when I attempted to put it back in place. I sent a message to Andobil and was lucky enough to get a response back from Joy. She is the epitome of everything you hope to get from a customer service representative. I ordered the replacement part from Amazon she recommended, received it within a couple of days. I got it back it back together this morning and ready to re-install it in my car. The phone holder is very easy to mount, easily adjustable, easily visible, and doesn't block my vision in any way. I love the sturdiness of it too.     • A VERY sturdy phone holder

This thing is sturdy! The streets of northern NJ are riddled with potholes and uneven pavement, and my phone does not move at all. My last phone holder would fall off the windshield, or my phone would fall out of the holder; thats how bad it is. This phone holder doesn't budge, and Im grateful for that. I like the adjustments; I can bring it closer, angle the whole arm up or down, or I can just adjust the part that holds the phone. It's is somewhat large, but I have a large windshield so its not in the way. You can also attached it to the dash. You can also adjust it quickly, but pull over to do it because you do need two hands (each moving part tightens down so its tough to do with one hand...maybe impossible) Just know that it is TOUGH to remove the suction cup, so make sure you put it where you want it to live...unless you want to take the time to wrestle around with it. Other than that, I think you'll be very satisfied should you choose to get it. ... show more

Yeah it works well have quite some time now and still doing good I got a different type that I like better that's why I didn't give it a five star before this type of unit was suction cup it is perfect if that's what you're looking for it works well it has a lot of different variations as far as height or leaning back and has a pretty versatile with that it can go up to yeah it's a it's a good unit ... show more
