I am a senior and decided that I needed to get more exercise in. Initially,I bought a cheaper unit that uses a belt and a pad to add resistance to the pedals .............. the belt stretched to breaking and the pad material started coming apart after a couple of weeks use. It was not designed for any serious use. I returned it and then opted for this unit with magnetic resistance. I have been using it for two months now and I am very happy with its function. I have been using it for a minimum of five days a week and typically use it for thirty to fifty minutes a day for my legs and then put it on top of the desk and do an additional thirty to fifty minute for my arms. I stream various programs to the computer while exercising. I have a treadmill that I use with my daily workout for thirty to sixty minutes a day most days or when the weather is good I walk in a local park. I was hoping to lose a few pound in weight but it has not happened as I am building significant muscle in my legs and upper body! The magnetic resistance adds smooth function. Very happy with the unit and recommend it for anybody trying to get regular exercise. Thank you. P.

This product is a lot heavier and sturdier than I expected. Doesn't take up much space and can be easily fit under the desk/table while using the computer. It's also really quiet, but then be careful about what chair you sit on while pedaling on this bike because when I sat on a regular office chair, I wiggle on the chair so much that it won't stop squeaking, and I think it's going to do some damage to the chair if I keep doing this while sitting on it. Switching to a four-legged chair definitely helped. Another thing is that the bike does slip a little when pedaling, which is normal considering how much force you're putting into it when you pedal. This is where the adjustable rope they give you comes in handy. As for the assembly it was quite straight-forward. The manual gave pretty clear instructions and I put it together in about 20 minutes. They also have a link to a YouTube video if you want to watch someone put it together. That video helped me figure out how to put the batteries in. Overall I enjoy this product and would recommend, especially for those of you who sit at your desk for long hours everyday and/or like to binge watch Netflix.

When I first put it together, the front bar wasn't even with the floor, but as I used it, it became even. I like that I can use this under the table while I am don't school work and attending classes. My kids also like to play with it. It has 8 resistance settings, and you can tell the difference between each of them. I do have to strap it onto my chair so that it doesn't move much. I haven't put batteries in it yet so I can't comment on that function. Overall I really like this machine and it does what I night it for. The only negative thing I would say is that if I go to fast on a setting or something the petals like to come loose. Fortunately enough I can feel when they are coming loose so I just tighten then again, but sometimes it is a nuisance.

Loving it! I didn't put mine under my desk, but can still use it while I'm working. I tried it out while I was on a Teams conference call with my microphone united and no one could hear me peddling. 8 tensions adjust easily and it's pretty intense at the higher tension levels. The assembly video on YouTube was very helpful since I am not exceptionally skilled at putting things together. A bit heavy for kids to pick up, but my little 7 year old stands and pedals and she loves it. Great exercise because I can feel my leg muscles getting a real workout at the higher tension levels. This can also get your heart rate up too. I have the Ancheer rebounder and love it, so chose this brand and I am not disappointed. It comes with pedals for hand therapy, but I won't be switching them out since I'm not great with working the wrench. Oh yeah, it was great that a wrench came in the box too and the YouTube video helped me see step by step what to do.

I read all of the reviews, but was still skeptical. I scored this on a lightning deal and am so glad I did. I have had a lot of foot pain problems, and when every step hurts, exercise is difficult to face. I should be swimming, I know. This thing rocks! It is silent and smooth and it is possible to use it and forget you are exercising. Right now, in my first two weeks, I am focused on reps, not high tension. I use it with a recliner with two pillows behind my back. I use it while crocheting my huge blanket project for my son’s wedding gift, working, watching t.v., etc. My kids love it too! I am so glad I found this - pain-free, seamless, always-there exercise. No more excuses, but it is easy to get exercise in now. I am truly thankful I found this. Edit after not very long use, the pedals started falling off since they were unscrewing. Not long after,, the screws for the pedals were stripped and just fell off- we were not able to screw them back in. It was not used that long, but I did love it when it worked.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this pedal exerciser for my 78 year old aunt who has Parkinson's. She is able, at this point, to pick up the pedal exerciser, move and position it, put her feet in snd move back. She moves it from the front of the chair to the side (not very far). I am able to move it using one hand. It is very sturdy and does not move while she is using it. The adjustment knob turns easily and stays in place once set. My aunt uses it up to level 3. After level 3 the resistance is too much for her. In my opinion, I am not an avid exerciser, one could get a good workout if setting at a higher resistance. The operation is smooth and quiet. It comes with hand grips but we have not used them.

After six months of infrequent use by my 96 year old dad, one of the foot straps broke. I messaged customer service inquiring how to purchase more replacement foot straps. I was referred to after service parts. I’ve been going back and forth via email for a few weeks -still no resolution. I ended up finding a replacement part online on my own. Good product but customer service is extremely slow.
