I purchased this machine for my husband who has not been able to exercise due to an injury. He has noticed a big difference in his leg strength and is very happy with the results. He has been using it everyday. The one down side is he wears a size 12 shoe and he has a hard time keeping his feet on it. It would be nice if it was just a little wider.
