my first Ancheer product was more of a walking pad than treadmill and i used it pretty religiously 1-2 hours a day for 3 years and i loved it. the motor began overheating but i kept using it until it eventually gave out. I kept using it because the extra warranty i purchased had long expired and because it was so inexpensive, repairing it wasn't practical. i liked it so much that i decided to buy another ANCHEER, a step up from my first one with a more powerful motor, higher weight capacity, and incline. Oddly enough, the new one with the stronger motor started overheating and through Amazon i contacted the company. Within 24 hours a woman named GRACE contacted me and she resolved the problem in a few days. The customer service could not have been any better and I am totally satisfied with the resolution. My treadmill arrived damaged in several places and did not live up to the hype that they said it would be. Very disappointed. They refuse to give a refund but only offered $30. They are from another county ai can tell. They didn’t hear anything I said about what was wrong with it and didn’t try to really solve my isssue. Wouldn’t take back the machine. Had to get Amazon involved, Product doesn’t seem too well made. I can see why it broke ... show more

It wasn’t too hard to assemble, however, there were no instructions to accurately describe where everything was supposed to go. I just kind of figured it out on my own. It’s a good treadmill, however, the voice on the console is very loud. Maybe that’s so you can hear it while it’s running? But when you first turn it on, the voice is very loud. ... show more

I did research thinking I bought the right treadmill. I weight about 250 so I wanted a machine that isn’t going to cheaply made . This one isn’t bad, but I can still hear myself walking on the treadmill .

    • Undersized moter
To start, I have had this treadmill for 6 months and have used it at least 3x per week. We are unable to go faster than 5 mph on it without the fuse popping and the treadmill immediately shutting off, throwing you off of it. After 35 mins of walking on it at even 3 mph, the motor starts to smell, by 50 mins in the smell of burning rubber is so bad I worry it's going to catch on fire. I have made sure the belt is straight, undeterred and lubed up. It's just and undersized motor for what this machine is capable of doing. On a side note, the speakers are worthless. You cannot connect to them via Bluetooth or through their app. Unless your phone is old enough to have a audio jack, you can't use the speakers on the treadmill. The USB is also a low power charger, so don't expect it to do much more than keeping your device on. Not awful, but for the $100 per month it cost me while I was able to use it, I could have gone to the gym and not almost face planted on the ground multiple times. ... show more
