For our budget and expected use, this was perfect. We planned on walking with light running just to get us through the cold months so when spring came around, we weren't months behind getting in shape. We are all about 5'7-ish and about 175 and this machine moves without a problem. Sturdy, solid and no whining from the motor. Took about 35 minutes to put together with two people. Could have been less but my 16 year old "helper" gets distracted by everything so I had to keep getting his attention back. Great machine and definitely the money! ... show more

I love this product, is easy to put together and really help me a lot improving my daily exercise rutine. I'm 60 years old so is very light to move from one room to another, and I do like the handles to feel secure while I'm exercising. Love it!!

I have very little space but very little urge to go to a gym or even go outside.Once I got on the machine, it is very similar to cross-country skiing motion.
