I'm a big guy (6'5") and I bought this because it had a higher weight limit (390lbs) compared to most other ellipticals in this price range, this was a mistake. I didn't mind that it took several hours to put together, but as others have said the tension band was incredibly difficult to attach. Once together, I got on and found that I can barely move. The stride is so short that it puts all the pressure on my knees, which is the opposite of the purpose of an elliptical. It doesn't matter which tension level I put it on, it's difficult to pedal/stride, and when I do get going it wobbles from side to side. Not to mention that I am under the weight limit, the metal bar where your feet go bends beneath me when I get on and looks like it will eventually snap. I wanted to return it immediately and went back to the Amazon listing and noticed there was no return policy listed. As others have said, you will get the run around for weeks and they will want you to pay to ship it around the globe to return it. This was a ridiculous waste of time and money. If you're going to pay $400 for an elliptical you can do much, much better than this.

The main vertical column makes a very loud squeaking noise no matter how hard the bolts are tightened. Even with lubricating all moving parts

The tensioning cable fitting was too short to joint the base and upper assembly piece. When bolted together, the upper assembly piece was not vertical and the axel for the handle bars was at least 1/2 inch too short. In short, a poorly engineered and manufactured unit. So far, I have not received satisfaction from the seller.

This product is unbeatable for the price. It took my sons about an hour and a half to install the whole thing and it is very compact; it fits right in my bedroom. I love how quiet it is and the adjustable resistance. All in all good purchase I would recommend.

the instructions had a lot of english-translation issues, but was still legible. the machine isn’t a smooth strider, for sure. it’s clunky and wobbly, and the display screen doesn’t work on mine, but so not worth disassembling and trying to figure out shipping back :/

Assembly took about an hour. and assembled without issue. I get a great workout - much harder workout than my incumbent bike. I am looking forward to building greater endurance and getting healthier in the new year. Thank you for a great product!

The Ancheer elliptical is just ok. It rocks if you really get going and it’s not a smooth motion. I’m using it but Not sure it was worth the money.

The elliptical squeaks and the bolt/nut is warped so I’m unable to connect the pedal to the machine after just 6 weeks of use . I don’t recommend buying this product.
