I bought this treadmill to primarily be a walking treadmill under my standing desk. I hope this review helps save other buyers questions when they open it and try to get it to work. I first could not figure out why the motor would not turn on. I realized the red safety cord with magnet had to be on the treadmill bar, even with the bar on the floor. I kept getting error messages on the app when I was trying to control the treadmill with it. I clicked the Green start button and it says Warning Safety Switch has been opened, I click Ok, another warning pops up and says, Warning Device has been started, I click Ok hoping I can control the speed while the treadmill is under my desk but nothing works. I then realize that you have to connect the red safety magnet to the machine to get it to turn on, even when the bar is on the floor in walking mode. The app and the treadmill started to work right away. There is no immediate support for the product, so don’t expect immediate answers. The Manual is written in poor English, the manufacturer should spend some money and invest in good instructions, lots of typos. YouTube video mentioned in manual no longer exists. Since there is an app, the instructions to a YouTube video should be noted there so it’s always current. No battery included for the watch that controls the treadmill (because of shipping regulations) they should indicate to buy battery separately so you’ll have the battery to use with the watch right away. The comments tell you correct battery to buy. Note that the App is in km/h and the display on the treadmill is mph. As the advertisement states, walk speed is 2.5mph max but if you set it up like I did in my photo, you can walk at a faster pace. The treadmill does have wheels so you can move it around easy but you have to hold it real low to use the wheels (you can only lift the treadmill up to your knees). ... show more

The treadmill arrived as scheduled. I like the treadmill: however it had a dent on the side and to lower the handle bars you have to use a tool. The handle bars do not just fold down or its not a handel to lift and lower. You have to unscrew to lower. Also its not bluetooth to play music. The media could not be loaded. I really enjoy this waking pad, we use it almost everyday. Since working from home, my amount of steps per day has been reduced drastically and I began to feel sluggish as a result. However, this has been a nice solution and I can get some cardio in without even having to leave my house. My first impression was how easy the assembly was. Removing it from the box and tightening the handlebar was all that it needed before it was ready to use. It’s very quiet while walking or running. The size is compact enough to slide under the bed when not in use, but plenty of room to comfortably walk or run. I like that the handlebar can fold down so it can be stored under the bed, keeping it out of sight when not in use. The controls are easy to use and the speed is easily adjustable while walking or running. It stopped working the very first day. It shows error 12 on the screen. It stops after 45 seconds. E12 in the book says it is a bad lifting device and needs replaced. Now I need to get someone to my house to fix it. I am sure that is going to be a big problem also. The seller did not send anyone out to be fix it. I had to pay to have it fixed or send it back to Amazon. It was very heavy so I paid an electrician to fix it. It cost me $125 to fix it. But it works great now. Put this together the same day it came. Could have used 2 people but was able to manage on my own. Love it. Works great and I enjoy being able to move it around. I highly recommend. The only con I have is the plastic corner guards keep falling off but I think that is more user error than not.
