Purchased to scan the codes on a 94 Cummins N14. And was successful able to read codes, diagnose the issue, and clear codes. The tool was very straightforward and easy to use. The screen was bright and very easy to read. Attempted to hook it up to a 99 pick up truck and was not able to connect using the generic OBD-II function. It shows it has an OBD function that might work on vehicles before OBD-II. Overall. It did the job I purchased it for. I do not advise purchasing as a car scanner.
