Arrived nicely packaged. This scanner comes in a nice case. I am a car mechanic and have multiple scanners as there is no 1 perfect scanner. This one is definitely a professional level scanner that has bidirectional controls as well as a large amount of reset functions. The scanners touch sensitivity works extremely well and the refresh rate is all great. You can see just about every pid available and diagnose just about any vehicle out there. Definitely worth every penny, definitely a great product!

This scanner is great for any use. If you are professional mechanic of private enthusiast, this will help you to work with cars. I will not repeat all features it has and what it does. I am the person who like to work on my own cars. And especially don't like to go to dealer for small thing to be done but have to pay big bucks. And this diagnostic computer will help you with this. It comes with many connectors for different type of vehicles. The interface on computer is very self explanatory, simple , good graphics and design. For me specifically it has diesel futures to deal with DPF, regeneration, EGR, DEF issues. I have tried to reprogram the key for my friend's car and it does work great. And the ability to open hidden features on the car is fantastic. Highly recomend it to people who love cars, home garage warriors. You will not regret to spend this money.

I got this tool for my husband and he hasn’t been able too find a scan tool tablet that he has been able too do a wide range of diagnostics with especially with Diesels and regular gas cars/trucks as well and there’s a variety of years makes and models as well it was very expensive but worth each penny.
