It has a tone loud enough to wake you but not startle you. The alarm can be set without having to enter the a.m./p.m. you just need to remember to put the alarm button “ on” each night. I like this clock. It also has a button to push to light the clock face if you want to see the time at night and then the light goes off as soon as you release the button. I wanted a battery analog clock, not digital. It sits on my windowsill at the kitchen sink. I use the second hand to time hand-washing to ensure I am washing 20 seconds. I hate the birthday song that everyone says to sing twice. No. I hate it so much I sing it too fast, twice, and I bet I have the time down to 10 seconds, which defeats the purpose. This clock is much better than that irritating nasty song. I also use this clock to time priming my water filter for 30 seconds. Unfortunately, everyone should use water filters, really, because of arsenic, lead, fluoride, PFAS. I like things to be simple, elegant, and a good value. My little clock is a green shade that looks period-appropriate in my renovated 1930s kitchen. Many of the walls in the house used to be that color 90 years ago. Now the kitchen is a sunny, soft yellow, so the clock is a throwback burst of color. How many times do you get to pick just the right color? I was happily surprised by that from the seller. Best of all this clock does not add to noise pollution. I might get another one to use in the bedroom, it's so silent. That way I can press the button on the back to see what time it is if the cat wakes up in the middle of the night barfing. The light is low-light so it won't blast my synapses, unlike the REM-shattering nature of a cat seeking equilibrium. Even in this liminal state of half asleep, half awake, the hurl poses a conundrum. If I can't smell it, I can note where it is and leave it until morning, but will I remember? And what if I step in it? Swearing profusely is not a good way to start the day. Nor is realizing how pedestrian and tired those expletives are, but trying to come up with better words to describe my displeasure is counter-productive to the goal of not waking up so much that I can't get back to sleep. So I might as well get up, turn on the light, clean it up and console the poor kitty. Then I have to go wash my hands for 20 seconds -- looks like I'll need to buy a third clock for the bathroom -- but it will take 4 minutes for the water to get warm enough, so cold water further blasts the synapses. Before settling back in bed, I can admire my new little clock, and send out a thought of thanks to the kids who started this business to solve some of life's little challenges for grateful customers. The size is perfect, the color is really pretty, the ‘gold’ hands are nice in that they’re attractive but different & big enough to see across the room ~ I Really can’t think of anything bad to say about it! OH! And it is Quiet! I truly despise ticking clocks, it’s like it is saying “tick tick tick - why aren’t you asleep 😴 yet? Tick, tick, you’re Still awake? Tick, tick - Go To Sleep! You’ve got to get up in the morning!” I use to want to say “Oh shut up!” Right before I lob it across the room! If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate - go ahead and buy it. I am enjoying this little clock. I use it at bedside to know what time it is without having the cell phone there. I have not used the alarm function yet. It has kept the time well and looks very nice. I liked it enough to buy one for a family member! I have the light green and would have loved a navy blue, but it was sold out.     • Cute aesthetic alarms clock has been life changing!!!!

This is the first review I’ve ever written and I never thought it’d be for something as little as an alarm clock. But let me tell you, I love the aesthetic and simplicity of this alarm clock. It’s perfect in sooo many ways. It doesn’t take up much space and it’s cordless. That is beneficial for me because I am a mom of two terribly playful cats😂. In the past, one of their 3 am activities have included playing with any loose or untucked cords around the house. Eventually, they’d hunt down my alarm clock cord and play with it until they would pull it off of my nightstand. Usually, they’d manage to unplug it as it fell too. Also, they have silenced my alarm by walking on top of my old alarm clock and pressing buttons. However, this one is battery operated with three small twist knobs on the back so it’s cat proof! I strongly dislike using alarm clocks on my phone because it’s not loud enough. But this alarm clock is loud enough to wake me up smoothly without scaring or jolting me awake. Additionally, it keeps me away from scrolling through social media first thing when I wake up. This can be important for mental health reasons. This alarm clock doesn’t have a snooze button or give me the option to set multiple alarms in the morning. I use that to my advantage since unfortunately I have trained myself to sleep through my alarms by setting so many to one either catch a few extra minutes of sleep or two from the fear that I wouldn’t hear the alarms. I probably spent more time than I should have trying to decide on which alarm clock to buy but I don’t regret it after finding this one. It is not only adorable but it’s affordable too. Lastly, these alarm clocks are sold by a newly graduated college student trying to start a business with his/her roommates. I was unaware about that until I got a letter in the mail shortly after receiving my alarm clock asking about the quality and to make sure everything worked as promised. In the letter, they also informed me that I have a one year warranty. I’m completely happy with my purchase and my expectations have been more than met. I hope this review is enough to persuade anyone into purchasing one of these fabulous alarm clocks. If so, don’t forget to leave a review!
