It works great for baking in a single wall oven and can even be used for grilling. The tray is made entirely of stainless steel with no coating, which I really like. Cleaning is also easy, I found that oil stains came off without much trouble, especially if you wash it right after use. (Like most pans, if you let it sit too long, it can take a bit more effort.) It also has two side handles that make it easy to lift in and out of the oven, just be sure to use oven mitts since it does get hot. Overall, it’s sturdy, well-made, and exactly what I was looking for. Thumbs up from me.

I was excited to get this set, since it looks and feels like high-quality stainless steel. I used it for roasting vegetables, and it performed well — no issues there. That is just basic use of a baking pan. But here’s the problem: it came with no instructions, no care guidelines, and not even a brand name on the box. At a $99.99 price point, even if it was through Vine, I would expect more information so I can really test it — especially to know if it’s safe under the broiler. Without that reassurance, I don’t dare push it beyond basic oven use. I’d love to give this more stars because the quality feels solid, but without the details I can only give it 3 for now.

quite a large and deep pan with a rack. the rack is not tightly meshed so any small items would not work on it. Maybe a turkey, chicken, large piece of ham,etc would be a better fit. Or w/o the rack, you can bake a large piece of bread, lasania, etc.

this pan looks like it will hold up pretty well for some time. the only downside to it is that it arrived with four dents in the pan from the roasting rack. I am not sure if it was roughly handled in shipping or if the pan just doesnt have durability. as I continue to use it i will find out.

This pan/wrack is perfect for smoking turkey in my smoker. Big enough to fit whole turkey, and fat can drip down. The wrack has two side handles that can be fold. Material seems to be made of stainless steel. I tried smoking a chicken yesterday, and it came out very well. It was convenient than just smoking chicken on aluminum tray I've been using- easy for in-out of the smoker and carry to kitchen when done. Recommend!

I’ve been using AMZCHEF products for a while, so when I saw this baking pan, I knew it would be a safe bet. When I read this is for a 24" oven, I assumed that meant a 24" opening (which mine is) and the pan would be 24" wide. It turned out to be only 19" wide, so I can only use it like a regular baking sheet in my oven rack. Also, one corner was extremely scratched up and slightly dented. Otherwise it is a good quality, so I still have 3 stars for that.
