I just received these 2 more batteries for my Solar array. Needed more power storage. Already had six. My son and I, over the last two years have built 2 ground mount tilt-able Solar arrays with twelve 400 watt panels each(4800 watts each). My son is using a 48 volt system with 3 banks of 4 batteries each(12 batteries). Twelve of these batteries has been powering his entire house since the fall of 2022, minus air conditioning (draws too much power). I have hooked this battery up to an inverter and solar panel to charge all my ryobi batteries. It is working now and I am so pleased. It charged up in a day and is supplying power so it is doing its job. I love the small size it takes up almost no space on my toolbench. I gave it 3 stars for longevity since that aspect sure can't be determined yet. I will assume it will last for a very long time. I am pleased with my purchase, amazing it is less than $300. 2 years ago I purchased 4 Battle Born batteries for my camper and I have been pleased with those but man the cost difference is huge. ... show more

So I've had this for about 2 months. At first I continued to over discharge and kick on the BMS as a newbie into lithium. Please, please, please READ the manual!. My dc2dc was set at 12.8 charge vs the recommended 14.6... this cause the battery to never fully charge. Now my dc2dc and solar 200w will keep this single mini battery charged. I never worry about power after converting all my electronics to 12v. Laptop and dual monitor use USB C. I have a inverter but that is only for charging my saw/drill battery. Which uses the same 5ah battery. I've been messing g with solar about 3 years now on lead acid. Now I'm a believer. I did not want to purchase an ecoflow because the limitations of the ports ... show more

Big weight reduction on my boat. Replaced 2 lead acid batteries with 2 of the LiTime 12.8v mini batteries and reduced the weight by 68lbs. The smaller size allowed me to rotate them 90 degrees in the tray. Filled the end and side with 2 layers of 5/16" Starboard that I had for a tight fit. Both batteries were shipped at about 50% charge as noted in the documentation. Charged perfectly on my NOCO Pro 3 bank charger to 100%. I haven't been out to see how they will perform on my 55lb trolling motor yet but first impression of the LiTime 12.8v mini is 5 stars. ... show more

I'm going to rate this a 4, for the fact it doesn't effectively draw more than 50A per battery, in my usage. "Effectively" since I'm experiencing the issue where it can't draw 60A-65A per battery for more than about 30 mins. This is well below what the rated Wh/Ah capacity should allow, and well below the claimed 100A BMS draw rating. More precisely, if I run a roughly 1400W load on an 85-90% efficient inverter, which is about 1600W, pulling 115-130A total between properly paralleled batteries on 4/0 cable at 12v, the inverter will kick off after about 30 mins, with the batts under load showing about 12.0v. I have a shunt to measure all this. This of course assumes the inverter is running properly. Given it's a 3kW inverter outputting at 50% and is new as well, I'm assuming the batteries are lacking a bit. Either internal resistance dropping voltage too much, or overheating, or the BMS kicking in for whatever reason. I feel no excessive battery heat in my tests. Further, in controlled testing at 2000-2500W, these batteries simply cannot output enough current to keep the inverter running more than 5 to 10 seconds. That would equate to roughly 100A draw per battery. I've contemplated getting a 3rd of these to make a 300Ah bank, since at this point, given money into the inverter and the small space for another battery, this mini is otherwise ideal. A 3rd would reduce draw in my highest usage case to around 40A per battery. At that draw I have no yet observed problems running these down much lower. All in all, I'd buy these again for a lighter usage case scenario. I view these as energy storage rather than high W energy providers, and would avoid them for high W burst use. ... show more

I wish it came with a charger as my charger is currently mounted to my boat so I will have to get a separate one for maintenance during the winter months. I bought this battery for my boat. It runs my trolling motor for a long time and it is light weight. It is too tall to fit in my battery tray and would suggest you measure before purchasing. You also need a charger that is made specifically for a LiFePO4 battery and do not use as a starting battery unless you modify your charging system ... show more

They are larger than I was expecting, but for 100ah lithium they are compact, these are the first lithium batteries I have owned and looking forward to using them on my boat.
