very happy with this purchase! my husband was able to put it together over a weekend, the quality is great, and the cushions are thick and comfortable. We live in AZ so the sun kills everything. I was worried about the "wicker" material but it seems durable + the covers are heavy duty and go on and off easily! very happy!

While I like the oriduct, and generally speaking it was easy to assemble, I was missing a few screws and a bolt and had a horrible experience with their customer service department. We went back and forth multiple times. They kept asking for pics, which I sent, but then apparently they were too big. All I asked for were a few screws and a bolt and they kept putting me off with more questions. Ended up being too much of a hassle.

The seats are very deep, which I love but was not expecting by looking at the pictures. It ended up being a bit bigger than what I had originally though so just make sure you measure your space. Otherwise it’s pretty good for the price. It looks nice, seems sturdy and the cushions are comfy. It did take my husband about 6 hours to put everything together by himself. The only complaint I have is that the cushions have loose threads and while it’s a great set for the price, I feel like it’s a bit too expensive to have such a cheap quality issue. I can’t yet speak to durability but if I think about it in a few months I’ll come back to update.

Love this patio set! Only had an issue with one of the legs on loveseat- the hole wasn't drilled big enough to put leg in- I contacted customer service about the problem and they were very accommodating in rectifying the problem! Would highly recommend!
