Beware seller charges a restocking fee even in defective items and items that arrive late. You have to dig, it’s not under return policy. I Purchased this as a Mother’s Day gift that didn’t arrive in time. I had to find an alternate gift to not show up empty handed. When I got back home I inspected the item and couldn’t get the latch open. If I struggled that much an elderly lady couldn’t have done it. So I returned it. shouldn't give it any stars, but there is no other option, the measurements of the necklace are not correct, because the size I ordered almost fits like a bracelet, I returned it immediately, and when they refunded the money it was not complete, because they put a restocking charge. Purchased this necklace back in April. Only had this necklace for two months and it tangles easily and the clasp are poorly made. You have to be careful with getting the tangles out because it can break the necklace. It is real gold, but it just feels cheap. I recommend you go to a Zales or Kay's jewelry to purchase a necklace like this and pay a little more and get a jewelry warranty with it instead of paying over a $1,000 for a necklace that feels like it came from a jewelry shop that was closed down for a few years.
