These are super easy to put together, and one person can have all pieces set up in about an hour. They are sturdy, and bear the weight of my 300lb relative, with no creaking or screaming out for mercy (the furniture, not the relative). Some of the cushions come vacuum packed, and look like pancakes when first taken out of the packaging; over a couple of days they do expand to a 4" thickness. The cushion backs come about 3-4" above the back of the rattan part of the set, so if you've looking for full neck to butt back support, you'll probably want to give this a hard pass. Same if you have difficulty getting up off low furniture; they are quite low to the ground. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase (my dogs are too) and it does look attractive in our sunroom as is. However, the khaki needs a bit of bling, so I'll be adding colorful throw pillows to brighten them up.

I would rate this differently; especially, with ease of assembly [with the parts that actually arrived], good structure, and it looks good. I have to give it this rating because when I went to put it together, I was missing a whole box. Building energy is gone, have to wait up to 48hrs before I can get any help. **changed rating from 1 to 4** I received the final box, can't give 5 stars due to shipping debacle. BUT, as i stated above.....the product looks good, is sturdy, and easy to assemble! 4 Stars!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this set to complete my balcony. The set up wasn’t terrible but it does require patience. I initially had an issue with the fire table. The table top was scratched up and the door didn’t seem to slide effortlessly. I contacted the company sent them pictures and the sent a new table immediately. I’m having a minor issue with the fire table igniting but I’m sure that’s something that I’m doing wrong on my end. The seats are sturdy and comfortable and my balcony has become my retreat this summer. Overall I’m happy with this set and customer service. Not sure about durability, although it seems durable, since I’ve only had this set for a month. Time will tell and if this furniture stands the test of time I will definitely use them again when completing my backyard.

I researched a lot of different patio sectionals on Amazon for quite a while before I settled on buying this one. I was quite nervous because I was sure there would be pieces missing or they wouldn't actually screw together well. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The boxes came VERY quickly -so quickly that I wasn't home that weekend and wasn't expecting them yet! They got rained on outside and it looked like the rain seeped into the boxes a little but the first pleasant surprise was when I opened the boxes and everything was so well-wrapped in plastic and packed well that nothing got wet at all. My husband then put together the pieces one by one. It DID take him quite a while. He worked slowly and methodically so it was not so quick. BUT he actually commented that he can't remember the last time he put together a piece of furniture that actually WORKED like it was supposed to. He said the instructions were clear, every piece was labelled correctly and not missing, and the screws lined up. (Don't tighten until all screws are in place.) He is not so easy to please because he's a perfectionist and he actually said I should write a nice review because he was impressed. The total sofa looks great together! I'm so excited to use it!! ** NOTE: the cushion covers actually DO have zippers so you can take them off and wash them. I looked at all the descriptions and reviews for that and did not see it written anywhere that they have zippers. It was a feature that was important to me so I was so excited because it felt like a bonus. **We actually did not put on the little screw feet levellers at all. We're using the pieces with the feet straight on the deck floor. **We're planning to spray all of the cushions with Scotchgard outdoor sun and rain protection spray. ****Just finished spraying all the seat cushions and back cushions. I did a very thorough job spraying every inch so there are no gaps or missing spots. I bought a 4-pack of the Scotchgard rain & sun protection spray and used ALL FOUR cans to spray the six seat cushions (top and 4 sides but not bottom) and the 8 back cushions (front of each cushion and 4 sides, not the back). I did not have any more spray and figured the bottoms and backs are not really exposed so they should hopefully be okay. I might buy more and spray the backs if I see it's necessary.

The media could not be loaded. These are great to improve the appearance of your outdoor area and are very comfortable to sit on. I love that the back cushions are cushions and not pillows. They also have ties in the back, something that is very rare and I haven’t seen on other outdoor furniture seating before. Also the seat cushions have grippy bottoms so they don’t slide off as much as others. These looks so great and I am so happy with the purchase. The whole set delivery is split up until different packages on different days. Which was very helpful. Rather than having a whole set to assemble at once or a bunch of huge boxes just laying around it is must more manageable and not so overwhelming. I definitely recommend to everyone. The customers service is also very helpful and responsive. 100% but this. Very affordable and worth the price.

Right now my husband is on day four of attempting to put this together. There is a lot of cursing and frustration. Be advised also the seat cushions are not cushy at all, you will feel the frame through it. The height is short.

Kinda mixed review on this one. On the one hand, it was super easy to put together, communication with the company is good as well. Very nice looking piece for the price. The cushions are very thin though, and the back cushions are just a complete joke. Becomes very uncomfortable to sit on after a while. I feel like the quality of the wicker is pretty poor and I’m already seeing signs of wear and we only use it on our screened porch. I think what you pay for in the more expensive sets are better cushions and better quality wicker, and size. Overall, decently happy with it. Not sure I would buy again knowing what I know, but also not sure there’s anything out there that’s any better for the same price.
