We purchased the 8 piece patio set with a fire pit in navy blue. Scheduled delivery was set for a Saturday. We received 2 boxes on Friday and the remaining 3 on Saturday. All pieces arrived nicely wrapped and protected. Assembly was pretty fast once you did one. It took my husband and son approximately 2 hours to put together the furniture portions. All screws are included with an Allen wrench. We used a power screwdriver for faster assembly. The cushions are thinner than we would have liked, but are waterproof and have zippers for cover removal. The water pools on the cushions and we brush off. The bottom sections have a non slip material and the tops are tied on thru the back of each seating section. A cover is also included. The ratan is brown and is man made material. Coffee table comes with a glass top and sits lower than the furniture. The underside is metal and each leg has an adjustable leg. We live in the Midwest and will see how this fares in the winter months being covered. The fire pit sits higher than the coffee table and was a bit more involved with the assembly. A cover is included as well. We were shorted a few screws and washers. Overall, we are happy with the product.

These are super easy to put together, and one person can have all pieces set up in about an hour. They are sturdy, and bear the weight of my 300lb relative, with no creaking or screaming out for mercy (the furniture, not the relative). Some of the cushions come vacuum packed, and look like pancakes when first taken out of the packaging; over a couple of days they do expand to a 4" thickness. The cushion backs come about 3-4" above the back of the rattan part of the set, so if you've looking for full neck to butt back support, you'll probably want to give this a hard pass. Same if you have difficulty getting up off low furniture; they are quite low to the ground. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase (my dogs are too) and it does look attractive in our sunroom as is. However, the khaki needs a bit of bling, so I'll be adding colorful throw pillows to brighten them up.

I researched a lot of different patio sectionals on Amazon for quite a while before I settled on buying this one. I was quite nervous because I was sure there would be pieces missing or they wouldn't actually screw together well. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! The boxes came VERY quickly -so quickly that I wasn't home that weekend and wasn't expecting them yet! They got rained on outside and it looked like the rain seeped into the boxes a little but the first pleasant surprise was when I opened the boxes and everything was so well-wrapped in plastic and packed well that nothing got wet at all. My husband then put together the pieces one by one. It DID take him quite a while. He worked slowly and methodically so it was not so quick. BUT he actually commented that he can't remember the last time he put together a piece of furniture that actually WORKED like it was supposed to. He said the instructions were clear, every piece was labelled correctly and not missing, and the screws lined up. (Don't tighten until all screws are in place.) He is not so easy to please because he's a perfectionist and he actually said I should write a nice review because he was impressed. The total sofa looks great together! I'm so excited to use it!! ** NOTE: the cushion covers actually DO have zippers so you can take them off and wash them. I looked at all the descriptions and reviews for that and did not see it written anywhere that they have zippers. It was a feature that was important to me so I was so excited because it felt like a bonus. **We actually did not put on the little screw feet levellers at all. We're using the pieces with the feet straight on the deck floor. **We're planning to spray all of the cushions with Scotchgard outdoor sun and rain protection spray. ****Just finished spraying all the seat cushions and back cushions. I did a very thorough job spraying every inch so there are no gaps or missing spots. I bought a 4-pack of the Scotchgard rain & sun protection spray and used ALL FOUR cans to spray the six seat cushions (top and 4 sides but not bottom) and the 8 back cushions (front of each cushion and 4 sides, not the back). I did not have any more spray and figured the bottoms and backs are not really exposed so they should hopefully be okay. I might buy more and spray the backs if I see it's necessary.

Not sure what the majority of the other reviews are talking about, but this patio set is a rip off. We got the seven piece set and it took my husband hours to put together (and he’s in construction) and the cushions are about 1/2 of the thickness that the photos show. And the back cushions are even worse. And when you sit on them? It’s like sitting on a blanket, and your butt goes right to the hard seat/frame, the “cushion” doesn’t cushion! And they look C H E AP. Waste of money and time, if I didn’t have to pay to return (I tried) I would have sent it back and spent more money on a better product.

Kinda mixed review on this one. On the one hand, it was super easy to put together, communication with the company is good as well. Very nice looking piece for the price. The cushions are very thin though, and the back cushions are just a complete joke. Becomes very uncomfortable to sit on after a while. I feel like the quality of the wicker is pretty poor and I’m already seeing signs of wear and we only use it on our screened porch. I think what you pay for in the more expensive sets are better cushions and better quality wicker, and size. Overall, decently happy with it. Not sure I would buy again knowing what I know, but also not sure there’s anything out there that’s any better for the same price.
