Got this set to get started and it's working out well. I really don't know enough about paddleball to know what is a good paddle vs a bad paddle so I couldn't really talk to that. What I do know is this set is great, has everything we need to go have some fun at the park, and it all fits in a bag that can be work like a backpack. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a solid set at a good price.

This has FOUR PADDLES and about that number of balls. They are just plain wood. The balls are pretty much the same anywhere. For a small price you get an adequate set up to try pickleball and see if you like it.

We purchased this pickleball set as we have a tennis court right next to our home in our community. At first, I thought that for the price of this set, that it was going to be made with “cheap” material. I was so glad to see I was completely wrong. The paddles are very well made, very durable and very well made. We have three teenage boys and they hold up to their rough play. I would highly recommend this product to all of my friends and family. We love them and are super impressed with its durability and how many balls you get in the set. The storage bag it comes in is very durable and very convenient when transporting the items. Give this product a 5 star rating!

Good value seem to be decent quality paddles. Will have to see how well these balls hold up on the outdoor courts, seem to be a little softer than the franklin outdoor balls. Some of the paddle handles are a little bit crooked/offset although still playable. After a few sessions of playing with them (probably around 20 or so the grips are starting to loosen and the end caps are coming off since they are only stapled on and ripping through the staples. The balls also all broke pretty much the same day so lasted a while for the price but going to have to upgrade to something higher quality. Good to buy if you are still figuring out if this is the hobby for you, otherwise probably better to go a step up in quality.

These paddles work great. They are not as good as the some of those other more expensive paddles but if you are just getting into the sport they work great. They come in a bundle of 4, so you can have enough paddles for everyone to play together in doubles. Great price for the quality. If you shop around, those more expensive paddles are at least twice the price for just ONE paddle. Would recommend for beginners or those just trying to play for fun and not spend too much $$$$
