Pretty much as expected. As this has a remote to mange power to fan and light, one has to know how to deal with my situation, which is two switches leading to the prior fans, one powering the fan and one the light. I had to go online to see how to deal with that as instructions did not mention this. Many may not know how to deal with this and need an electrician. Amazing ceiling fan for a small to medium sized room. Very quiet, even on high. I love the options for the light color/warmth. The remote is convenient and easy to use. I installed two of these ceiling fans all by myself with a step ladder and a powered drill/driver.

We bought two. Love this fan. Easy install and everything as claimed. The light is dimmable and bright. We like the washed look of one side of the blades. We put them in second bedrooms and mounted the remotes near the light switch by the door. Unfortunately, I broke one arm installing, totally my fault. They are sending a replacement part no charge. There is a delay of a few seconds from turning on the switch to the light coming on, just need to get used to that. I would absolutely order from them again. The replacement part came today. DHL from overseas, took a couple weeks but is exact fit and finish. I forgot to mention their instructions are easy to follow, easy to put together, and they were very funny. The media could not be loaded. Great fan! This is the second one I’ve purchased (bedroom and living room). It’s quiet, offers several speeds and you can change the fan direction easily with a button in the remote. The LED lighting comes in three colors that can be dimmed easily with the remote.
