These are great rails and the grips on them help your hand to have a hold secure. I highly recommend them. The issue that I had was installing them into quality tiles. If you follow their instructions and are mounting it through ceramic tile or one-piece shower stalls I am sure it is easy. However, I went through 5 cement/tile drill bits using a hammer drill I borrowed from a friend to go through the stone tile and cement board behind them. Although it took quite a bit of time to do the drilling I was very fortunate that I had located the wall studs with a quality stud finder and all screws went directly into the studs making the rails very secure. ... show more

These safety bars are awesome! I bought them when my mom moved in and had them installed...so easy to install was based on the guy who installed them knew what he was doing. I have had them over a year, 2 at/in the shower, 1 on the wall across from shower and one installed next to toilet to help assist getting up. They have lasted well and remain intact 100% Then have not peeled or lost any of the color/coating, again they are sturdy and have never rusted. ... show more
