Perfect color and fit
Color: Bone
Style: Modern
Installed this soft close seat at mother-in-law's home. This is a winner. It is the correct brand and perfect color match (Bone). No slipping and sliding like a generic model. Very strong and easy to install. Several installation options. I only needed a phillips screw driver.

Cost was reasonable.

Seat fits well. With a slight push it will go up or down.

Good overall
Color: White
Style: Modern
Easy to install and the back hinges should be easy to keep clean due to the design. Overall good but the plastic construction probably isn't sturdy enough for bigger or taller people.

Poor quality product
Color: Linen
Style: Modern
Seat slides to the side when you sit on it. The bolts are tight. But there is a lot of play in the seat to shift from left to right. So annoying. Will not buy this brand again.

I couldn’t find these at the local DIYs so I bought them sight unseen and I was quite pleased. I recommend it!

Lid is made from thin plastic.
Color: Linen
Style: Modern
This product perfectly matched the color of our existing American Standard toilet and tub. The slow close feature operates perfectly. That bad news is, if you need to sit on the closed lid for any reason, and you weigh more than a 6-year old, this product is not for you. I was beyond disappointed with the flimsy thin quality of the lid. This is the one part of the seat I expect to fail prematurely. I never expected poor quality like that at this price.
