This cat tower is awesome! Super tall, nice and slim so it doesn't eat up a ton of floor space bour cars love it! They hang out all the way at the top. As far as assembly went, very smooth. Very straight forward to assemble. It only took me about 30 minutes. The only issue that I had during the assembly process was the ramp brackets. Per the instructions, they want you to mount the bracket to the base first and then attach the ramp. It was difficult to get the allan key in that tight of a space so I mounted the bracket to the ramp first and then set it all in place. Still tricky but easier to get the wrench in there. The only complaint as far as the physical product itself would be that the rope areas on the scratching posts are a bit short. I wish they would wrap the entire length of the scratching post but I can't complain much for the price tag!!

So before I get into the tree let me talk about the sellers. They were so kind and helpful. I had order this March 13th and got a notification saying it was delivered March 16. I went outside as soon as I got the notification but there was no package. The delivery driver was still here bringing in more package and told me that I didn’t have a package from here. At first I tried to get a refund but couldn’t because I have to wait a period of time so then I contacted the seller. The seller immediately respond back later on that night and worked with me on the problem. Every message I sent they always had a respond and they understood my issue and concerns and sent me another tree no charge at all. When the order for the new tree was sent they sent me the new tracking order and the time the tree should arrive. I got the tree and so far it so amazing and perfect for my cats and I just want to send another thanks to the seller for their great customer service. Now for the tree, the assemble for me personally took a few hours but the instructions for it was so easy to understand and read. They really walk you by step by step and it’s not all jumble when you work on one piece then skip to the end. So the assemble was really easy for me. The sturdiness and the stability is amazing. It’s well balance on a well balance and even floor. When you make sure to screw in the screws really tight the tower and the house will be nice and secure with each other. The only thing I haven’t tried is the wall connecter which I know it will be just as great. It looks like I need a drill to make a hole first but the connecter is to connect the tree to the wall for more stability and I would recommend it you have bigger cats or more hyper active cats who like to run and jump. It make sure the tower won’t mover or fall over if you have bigger and active cats. I have two 1 year olds cats and so far their really skeptical but like the balls and the soft fur on the tree. It would take them some time to warm up to but they seem to like it already. Seeing as one likes to lay in soft material and the other likes to scratch furniture this was the perfect combo for both. (The pictures above are my two babies and if anyone can help me find out the breed on the grey one his name is storm and I’ve been so curious about his breed since I gotten him but couldn’t feed anything) They package comes with everything you need including some type of screw driver to screw all the nails into the tower. Overall this is worth the money. I recommend buying if it matches your cats like and need because it will meet every expectation. Everything I found with it was perfect and I couldn’t be even more happier with this. Once again Thank you to the sellers!!!!!!! Updated: My cats loves this tree. I would always see them on this tree either sleeping or just relaxing. At first the would barely go by the tree but now the won’t leave it. They don’t lay on the furniture anymore or scratch it. They do all that on the tree, one of them was playing with the ball so much he ended up falling off the tree (he’s completely fine). They love this tree and always happy while being on it. It came pretty fast. It has a lot of parts, but everything is numbered, and you just match number to number. I put it together in less than 40 minutes. It has all the screws and Allen wrench included. It is tall and sturdy. I like the gray soft material and it has two little hanging toys and cubby holes and a ladder. It’s perfect for my kitty to jump on and he lays on the top and sunbathes by the patio window. He can sit there and bird watch, he loves it.

So I ordered the gray 54” I measured before I ordered and it was the perfect height for the application we needed. Here’s the issue, though it’s the smallest height they offer the cubby holes and pads are shrunk. My cats lay in the cubby and their head and paws stick out. We have one smaller cat and even she can’t fully fit in the cubbies. It is pretty sturdy if you build it correctly my 3 cats combined weight estimated 35lbs-40lbs were all on it at once and it held up so that’s a plus. Building it kind of sucked but all the hardware was there and the instructions were clear. Overall it’s a good product definitely splurge and get a bigger size though.

My package did get lost in the mail, but customer service was very responsive. They were polite and ready with a solution for me to still get my product. I do think they may be closed on weekends, so I did wait the weekend for it to be confirmed and shipped. I was very satisfied with the experience! The cat tree itself is a great and cost friendly upgrade to the one I had in my tiny apartment. I know some people were not happy with the 54" size, but I think my 5yo big boy loved being snug in the bigger section while my 1yo has been happy in the smaller one. They literally jumped on it to sleep while I was still putting it together. Lots of piece but they are each numbered and the instructions are very clear. I get home late after working two jobs and I still had a pretty ok and quick time putting it together. Also the cat ears are adorable.

Read reviews before ordering. Some stated the product wasn’t very sturdy. I have to firmly disagree. I have the cat tower on carpet and it’s very sturdy. The product fairly easy to assemble and takes a little over an hour if you attempt to do it yourself without help. As you can see in the photo, my ‘Lil Girl’ finds it extremely comfortable. Products in stores like PetSmart charge over $100 for cat towers very similar in size and shape. This is an excellent product and I highly recommend it for those of us that want the best for our feline companions.

This is very sturdy and hltall for the price. I have looked at other cat trees but they were super pricey but this one is perfect!!! Love how affordable it is and how easy it is to assemble. The package arrived earlier than I though so that was a nice surprise 😮. My cat instantly loved it and was playiing in it for most ofnthe day. I trully recommend this product. Very well made and the price is affordable.
