It took a minute to figure out how it goes but once I got it, it was easy setting up. It's lightweight and has other holes for other size incense to fit in. It's not hard to clean it, just rinse it and you're fine. The design is really cute and it functions as an ash tray...it catches the ashes. I wish I found it sooner.

I didn't notice when I ordered this that it is made of metal! I love it. It's two pieces that fit together and it looks beautiful. I love it! It goes perfectly with my other decor. The only drawback I have noticed is that the holes that hold the incense stick are larger than the incense so the stick won't stand straight up--it leans over the edge of the holder and ash drops outside the holder until it reaches the edge of the piece. A smaller hole would be good. But even with this, I still love the look. It might end up being simply a decoration if I don't find an incense stick that will stand up straight in it.

While very cute, I do not like this incense burner. The holes are very tiny and hardly fit my incense. When it burns to the bottom, that last little piece gets stuck in the holes. The lotus is beautiful but does a terrible job at catching any ash.

Although it's cute (and fairly priced) it's Too small. Ashes end up on the table. I can only use one of the 6 holes provided. I don't know if that was the intent of the design. All others do not hold the incense securely ( leaving a tilt in the stick). I will need to return this and find another option.

I reordered these because they are high quality. Others sold the same kind but they were light weight. This seller sells the higher quality holder. They look pretty when not in use. Sometimes I break the incense in half if I don't want the ashes to fall on the outside otherwise I use the medium length incense and it works out fine. The only issue I have which I won't take a star away from is- When the incense burns down, I need a pin to poke it out the back to get the unburned piece out. But I'm okay with that since it's a pretty holder.

The design is so cute!! It's really adorable! But, size matters ladies!! I thought this would be big enough to catch the ashes cuz it says it is, but it's not. See the punks don't stand straight up, they lean way far over, so there's no way it would catch the ashes until three quarters of it was burned.
