SERIOUS BASS
If you're looking for major pounding from a lil feller that'll shock the hell outta ya and everyone who sees what you're runnin' with... THIS IS IT! I've had this thing thumpin' fer a couple years now and it's STILL goin' strong, with 4,000W wired @ 1/2ohm of clean power with a 6-pack of supercaps to sustain the power. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed with these!

Great brand, bad dust cap install
I just recently purchased the 10” American bass HD1 2200 rms a week ago roughly and I took it to a buddy that has an audio shop. Mind you this is the first time we opened the box everything. We noticed the glue around the dust cap wasn’t applied properly. So we hook up an 3000 watt amp thinking it might just be how American bass does the audio equipment. Wrong, As I’m turning the bass knob up I hear this clapping sound and knew something was wrong immediately, I then take a video of the subwoofer and it shows in 2 different spots where the dust cap glue/epoxy wasn’t applied correctly. The slightest bit of gain I put to the sub it sounds like it’s about to blow. The amp we tested it on was only a 3000 watt. I should have 4000 so I’m just confused. I don’t know if the shop was in a rush or what happen but It’s an expensive piece and the shows are right around the corner. Let me know any ideas
