If I go to hell when I die, it will be an eternity spent having to assemble furniture, the kind that requires only an allen wrench for those screw-in bolts with the recessed hexagonal cavity in the head of the bolt for the wrench. Putting this set together almost killed me. I’ll admit that I’m out of shape, but still. Nevertheless, once I had it all put together, cleaned myself up, and had poured myself a strong gin & tonic, I must admit that it was worth it. Looks great and I know that the eucalyptus wood will last. The gift from the company was a nice touch. That said, I’d have paid extra to have it delivered fully assembled. If you buy this set, be sure to have someone there to spell you when you get worn out.

This set is gorgeous, was easy to put together, and feels very solid. When we initially received the set, one of the covers was missing but after I tracked down the customer service contact info from the Amazon team, they responded very quickly and sent the new covers to me in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this purchase to anyone. Looking at other reviews, it doesn’t appear that the missing cushion is a reoccurring issue.

The chairs and couch are great. The coffee table is a complete POS. We've now broken 3 legs trying to assemble the legs of the coffee table. We did not use any power tools, just a manual socket wrench. The thread casing in each leg is not deep enough so near the end of getting the bolts in place, you're basically carving a fresh hole using said bolts in cheap wood. We tried to order just a new coffee table for new legs and Amazon sent us another complete new patio set. Only to use the new legs and have the exact same problem. Super disappointing that a $1000 patio set is basically fire wood because it's quality is so fing poor. This set should be removed from Amazon entirely and the manufacturer red flagged for supplying trash furniture to paying consumers.

The furniture was delivered in very good condition and was easy to assemble. Two of the four legs on the coffee table cracked when we were assembling, otherwise all the pieces were superior condition. I would highly recommend this!

What a beautiful set! We absolutely love it...the nicest thing about this set, besides the quality, is that it will fit so many different design styles. We have a mid-century modern vibe, and this set fits in perfectly with the rest of our house, but I can totally envision the set fitting in with other decor styles. Shipping was VERY quick, especially for how large an order it was. Also, time to set it up was minimal and very easy. VERY easy!! All tools and hardware included and NOT missing, which is rare! After spending the usual time down Amazon, Wayfair and other rabbit holes, I decided on this set because it was comfortable looking (and the reviews weren't damning on this issue) and not-to-expensive. The set arrived in a reasonable amount of time, though there seemed to be a lot of confusion on this issue. I received emails and phone messages asking for my phone number before delivery. What? Amazon, of course, has my phone number. I ignored them all, and the furniture arrived just fine. So. Maybe a word of warning that something might be a little off there? But! The set was easy to put together, the wood is gorgeous (no dings, splinters, or ill-drilled holes. . .evenly finished)), and it's exactly as it was described. I'm not crazy about white cushions under any circumstance, but I can live with them. They are ok in terms of comfort, but our old backs definitely benefit from an extra back cushion. Included, unexpectedly, was a container of wood oil to keep the wood in good shape as well as a cover for the set. I was going to buy one of these, so I was especially delighted to have received it as a gift. A purchase I can heartily recommend.
