They were made of a flimsy materials and not riveted together well I ended up using self taping screws to fix them

    • Misleading design, light weight means flimsy.
The overall design is nice light weight but they are very fragile. Both of mine arrived dented and tweaked. These are designed for new construction install with 1.5" flashing, they are 1.5" deep. I had to rip a 2x4 in half and a make a frame in order to use these as a retro fit. Louvers are vented but again very thin aluminum design so be careful handling them they dent easy! ... show more
