This is perfect for getting rid of receipts and other items that contain personal info. Be aware that there are programs available to pull up your transactions from the info on your receipts and extract your CC numbers. I know because I worked with one for a legit company.

Just really cool that this one comes with its own little bin for paper shreds. A lot of similar products are double the price and do not have a reservoir, but this one ticks that box. Seems fairly rugged and easy to use/maintain. My last shredder was great too, but had to be replaced after I burned it up trying to shred way too much at the same time. Had this shredder for about a week and so far, so good. It’s quiet and shreds paper like it’s supposed to. I learned from past failed shredders to not load a whole lot of paper through it at the same time. Also, occasionally run an oil lube sheet through it to keep it running as well as possible. One of the less expensive shredders I found and seems to work very well. Handles multiple sheets. Easy to unclog if needed. Did get warm when I was doing a lot of shredding but after cooling off for a few minutes it went right back to working well, as described. Good purchase.

This is so much more than I expected for the low price and size. I've used it a week, after 2 minutes of unpacking and plugging in! Sturdy, doesn't jam and it's size is perfect to leave in open, or quickly move into a hidden spot. I'm quite impressed.

For an inexpensive shredder, it works very well as long as you only feed a few sheets at a time. Great for shredding a credit card bill or but don’t expect to do a high volume of shredding quickly.
