I've specifically been wanting to increase my intake of vitamin B6, B12, and E (they help regulate your hormones and relieve some PMS symptoms). These have your daily recommended dosage of both B vitamins, and 45% of E, so I thought I'd give them a try. As a multivitamin supplement, they also contain vitmain A, C, D, folate, biotin, calcium, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, and sodium. The other ingredients are fairly clean, which is also something I was looking for. There are more natural options out there, of course, but personally, I was pretty happy with the ingredients of these - especially for the price. There are 300 gummies, or 150 servings. In my opinion, that is a great bargain. I've only been taking them for about 3 days. I can't say that I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, but I haven't had any negative reactions, either. No upset stomach, no weird after taste. In fact, they taste great. I mean, there's part of me that wants to just snack on them. I won't, but it's nice to have a supplement that you actually look forward to taking. I will say they are quite sticky and chewy, so they will get stuck in your teeth. However, since they are gummies, that's basically expected. It's also a very smooth texture for a gummy, if that makes sense. The flavor is mixed fruit, and while there is nothing on the package that says what the flavors are, there are three shapes: an orange slice, a strawberry, and a berry of some kind. You can taste the difference in them, so they aren't just one flavor, which I kind of appreciate. It's like a luck of the draw thing, expect they are all tasty. They smell just like they taste. I think the orange is my favorite, though. They seem to be of good quality, and mine weren't melted at all, though it's winter now and I live someplace that gets very cold, so it would've been surprising if they were melted. As of now, I will certainly repurchase when it's time.

Just received a product today but we'll be trying them out and see how they do and I'll give you a recall or you look back they do taste good you ever they don't have a bad odor and they apparently have everything in it that of female needs to have every month for her proper nutritional vitamin needs.

I've used the same walmart brand of gummies for years. I bought these when I ran out and was skeptical. First the flavor is wonderful! It's not gritty, very smooth and a strong fruity flavor. I get stomach aches easily and cannot take some multivitamins but these are very easy on my stomach. 100% I will always buy these.

The gummies were delivered to me intact and not melted. They are not traditional gummies that are cube shaped. They are smallish and the height as if a traditional gummy was cut in half and smushed down. They tasted rather good and sweet but not as good as traditional larger gummies because these seem slightly dehydrated compared to traditional gummies. They did not cause any stomach upset and I did not take them with a meal. They are in a really big bottle and it seems they will last 5-1/2 months (150 servings)? They are marketed for women so I hope there are ingredients meant for women instead of the generic Amazon gummy vitamins meant for both men and women. The only ingredient I can tell is for women is folate which I think is for young women of child-bearing years, but I’ve been through menopause and won’t need that. There is 3333% of biotin which is good for growing hair on your head so I can stop taking my biotin supplement. There are vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, and E. There’s only 8% of calcium though. There’s phosphorus, iodine, zinc, and 1% of sodium. That’s it. To make it sweet, there’s tapioca syrup and sucrose. They’re soft and easy to chew. They don’t smell bad. The quality seems good.

These taste delicious and they last a while. A lot of other vegan gummies have a weird texture, but these don't at all.

I prefer gummy vitamins and look for those that are not filled with sugar. This product also has a great flavor, a bit tart which I like. The gummies do tend to get "sticky" so not as easy to remove from the bottle. I keep the bottle upside down in my medical cabinet so I can easily retrieve them.
