Each "tow-on-the-ground" tank is equipped with a quality, 3-inch conventional waste valve for ease of use and dependable performance. No longer do you have to lift up your tote tank to empty it, simply open the 3" waste valve. Our pneumatic wheels have axle bearings, a grease fitting, 50 PSI 10" and 30 PSI 6" premium wheels. These durable Tote-Along are constructed from blow-molded polyethylene, zinc-plated steel, and aluminum. The front-mounted double wheel- swivel has been engineered for easy maneuvering and is mounted on a heavy- duty, extra large mounting plate. After researching several different brands of portable waste tanks and comparing features, I finally settled on the Barker, and I do not believe that I could have made a better choice. I have the 32 gallon model and it did come with pneumatic tires which is a huge plus and I have already had the opportunity to use the tank and it performed as expected! Here is a list of what I like about it and in my opinion the reasons it performs so well. 1) The pneumatic tires make it very easy to pull and with the 2 swiveling wheels in front connected to the handle it is very easy to maneuver. I pulled it through gravel with no problem and up a utility trailer ramp with ease. 2) The handle is heavy duty metal and strong so you don't have to worry about breaking it and it also attaches and removes by a 'pull pin', a feature that comes in handy when transporting it and you want the handle out of the way. And when storing the tank on it's end the handle will lay flat against the bottom of the tank. 3) The inlet has bayonet lugs to attach the sewer hose securely. (no mess) 4) The outlet works just like a regular RV outlet. Attach the sewer hose and pull the door valve. (again, no mess) 5) It has a combo vent and rinse connection, very easy to rinse. This is a well built, well designed tank! No question about it. Some reviews complain about not having an area to store hoses etc. but in my opinion that is a non issue and easy to work around.

I researched portable tote tanks for weeks constantly changing my mind. There are positive and negative reviews on all brands. Even asked about different tanks we saw at the campground. Finally, I had to order so I would have it before our trip. So Amazon Prime settled the decision for me. 1. The package was broken and torn. I was outside when UPS was delivering it and saw the guy put it down and pick up the handle as it fell out of the box.."Here we go.." I said to myself. I accepted the package - had to. We were leaving in 3 days. 2. Opened it up and checked everything. All parts there, axles good and tight. Tires full. Handle there and it attached fine. "Okay... better than we started off". 3. Filled it with water. No leaks. Pulled it around the driveway. Pulls fine. 4. Looked at the instructions for the hose. "To save yourself some frustration, use a hairdryer to heat the hose to get the connections in".... Really!? Are you kidding me? When inside and ordered a Camco Tote Tank hose kit. Arrived literally 30 mins before we left 2 days later. Threw the connection away that came with it. I mean really... hair dryer. Wouldn't that weaken the hose and result in leaks? Maybe given all the reviews that said the hose was crap (pun intended). 5. We used it several times on our trip emptying both black and gray tanks, pulling it over gravel, rocks and asphalt. No problems. Once I was afraid I felt it behind it was so quiet. Even had to tow it across a wooden bridge! 6. The valve was really tight (better than loose) so I really had to yank on it to open the slide valve. But it worked! Overall, it has functioned perfectly. It is almost perfect if it weren't for the crappy hose connections. Do yourself a favor, order the Camco Tank Tote hose kit at the same time and you're good to go.

First time camper here and regular septic system guy wasnon Holiday for 2 more weeks and being at a Campground in high heat not a good time to suddenly be full and no way possible to empty it!! After reading reviews I selected this one with Prime Delivery. Thank goodness for 2 day delivery!! Not to mention HONEST Reviews!! My black tank is 40 gallon but the higher size was a longer wait. Happy to have went down a size. My neighbour came to my rescue which I realised once box opened no need. It’s ALL assembled except a sturdy/strong heavy cotter type pin to hold tow handle to tote. Heavy duty FULLY INFLATED RUBBER TIRES! They roll effortlessly across grass, bumpy dirt/gravel roads with full tank wit complete ease. Handle is heavy duty metal spray painted white. NOTHING is cheap on this unit!! Comes with everything PLUS!! The flexible hose that goes from tote to holding tank clean out on camper/RV is VERY long and durable with nice flex to it. Secure connections easy without leaks/spills. Even has a fill gauge on top!! EXTREMELY WELL constructed and HEAVY DUTY!! This makes most of the other “totes” look far cheaper that roll down the road as I’m close to the dumping station. EXTREMELY pleased with this and a few other Campers asked what Camper Store I bought this at. When I told them Amazon they’ve said wow, bet you paid well over $325 for it at least!! I said well, I bought a few other things here and they wed really excited for a price as I added on Rhino hoses etc. I said all was $306 delivered in 2 days!! They DIDN’T believe me so I happily pulled out my phone, on my Amazon App on showed my Order!! I just had my tanks cleaned and they’re “borrowing “ it to give it another try!! This is rather funny how you can get excited about a waste tote but hen it really makes a dreaded job easier than it’s worth something to brag about!!

Bought this to replace my 15 gallon gray water tank. I was getting tired of making dump trips on a daily basis so I figured with this I can empty my entire tank in one shot. Well, it's never that easy. What I discovered is the height of the tank opening is higher than my dump port on my 30' Jayco. Not by very much and if I drop the front of my travel trailer down the margin is even smaller. This isn't Barker's fault and I don't think it will end up making much of a difference because the flow rate out of the on board tank should be sufficient to get most of the gray water out. But it is something you should consider if those sorts of things bother you. The tank comes mostly assembled. I had to attach the axle to the tank which was easy enough. Just put the axle with wheels on the ground, place the tank on top and the weight of the tank plus a little pushing should get it to snap in to place. The blade valve is a little tough to open the first time but once you open/close it a few times it doesn't provide too much resistance. I didn't see any kind of leaking. Both openings (in and out) accept the standard sewer hose connections. It rolls and tows nice behind my truck. I towed it over suspect paved roads and speed bumps without issue. The loop on the handle fits over your hitch ball but there is nothing to keep it there which is kind of scary. One bump and it could easily pop off and send nearly 400lbs of water and tank rolling on those nice air filled tires in to someones campsite. I fixed this by wrapping a bungee cord around the ball a few times which should keep it in place. The tank is big. REALLY big. But if I take the handle off (very easy) it fits nicely in the front of my F-150 (5.5ft) bed and leaves lots of room for other things. I would double check the height of your drain opening with the height of the tank before pulling the trigger on this one. If it's too tall then you could probably save a few dollars and get the next smaller size down.
