These are your average fiber gummies, but at a good price. 4g as a serving (2 gummies) for the price seems to be good, better than other brands even on sale. I like that this is 45 servings and not just 30, though I could definitely buy a 60 servings bottle if they had it. They taste pretty good, no bitterness or odd taste. They're soft, though they will harden a little after time exposed to the air in the bottle as all gummies do. I personally take these to be regular, and they do the job. Thankfully they do NOT have me rushing to the bathroom, so 4g seems to be right.

I've bought these a couple of times now. Each time I go looking for the cheapest product that has the most fiber. This one keeps popping up, so I keep buying it. I take one in the morning and one at night for a little extra fiber. I think I've noticed a difference. The gummies are super soft when the bottle is first opened, but by the time the bottle is empty, the gummies can be a little stale. The strawberry is tasty, but I'm not a fan of citrus flavors in general, so the other flavors are meh. That's a me thing though.

I have many bathroom problems, and these gummies work for me when prescriptions didn't. I love the taste; they don't stick to your teeth. There is no odor or bad taste. I have to tell my daughter to stop eating them. She doesn't need fiber, and she throws my count off cause she has one, but she loves the taste. They do stick together, but they are easy to pull apart.

Avoid if you are sensitive to chicory root; if you don't, these are guaranteed to make you toot :) Taste is great, and they definitely help with adding more fiber. However, these gave me the worst smelling, chronic toots I've ever had in my life. As soon as I eliminated these from my daily routine, the stink bombs disappeared.
