In preparation for re-opening after the pandemic, I've purchased more than 60 task chairs in the last few months. I bought 2 of these Amazon brand chairs to try out and am really impressed: 1. Quality of the Vinyl 2. Thickness of the cushion 3. Ease of Assembly (literally 2 minutes) The only negative I have about the assembly is the red cap that is on top of the gas cylinder. It's so small that you can assemble the chair without realizing it's there--only to realize that you left it on when the height adjustment doesn't work. If you do this, the easiest fix is to unscrew the base from the chair. Also, I wish it had soft casters (better for hard floors), but that is not the norm for this price of chair. ... show more

Bought this chair to replace a wooden one that had broken. It's very easy to put together, and is very comfortable. Looks nice even with a black wooden desk. I did buy rubber rollers though to exchange out with the ones that come with chair, due to the fact chair would be rolling on hardwood floor and didn't want it scratched. Had seen a review stating the rollers on desk had scratched floors. But with the rubber ones, it's perfect. ... show more

    • REMOVE THE RED PLASTIC CAP FROM HYDRAULIC CYLINDER if not then the seat will not raise or lower.

paper work that came with chair was lacking in basic instructions regarding removal of red plastic cap that is on hydraulic cylinder . chair will not raise / lower until this is done .

After you remove the packing materials, there is no reason you why can't assemble this chair in less than one minute. No tools needed at all. Install the wheels, drop the gas lift in place, remove the red cap from the top of the gas lift and drop the seat on top, you're done. Literally less than a minute. ... show more

What I liked about this chair is the coloring, the style, and how gosh darn easy it was to put together. I purchased it for my husbands desk and I may just have to get one for myself as well. It was one of the best things I have purchased furniture wise on Amazon.

I like this chair. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. It has good support, it’s comfortable and looks nice. I took off the wheels and purchased stationary cups for it. It was super easy to put together. I use this eight hours a day and love it.
