I absolutely love, love, love this color. Berry Naughty is a deep, dark red that’s perfect for fall. It's bold, rich, and super flattering. I usually do two coats to get a nice thickness to the finish, and it goes on smooth without any streaks, which is a big deal for me. The brush makes it easy to apply, and it dries relatively quickly, about what you'd expect from a good polish. The smell is just your standard nail polish scent, nothing out of the ordinary. I didn’t use a base or top coat, and it still lasted about a week without chipping, which really impressed me. I also love that it’s 8-free and vegan. needed a non gel polish for under my nails (yes i like to paint underneath, , , sue me) this is a nice blood red color, it does look accurate to the photos, although i still wish it was a bit darker (this is two coats). it does take a long time to dry, even after 3 or so hours one coat still had some tackiness (maybe it wasn’t thin enough??) but since it’s underneath there’s less of a chance of messing it up, now sure how easy that can be said for regular use, unless you’re really good at being careful. hope this helps :0 ... show more

Essie is my favorite brand. The brush is the perfect shape to get super close to the cuticle and the color is always thick and it lasts. I usually paint my nails weekly or every other week but that’s only because I have a hand on job.
