Surprisingly high quality. The rim is very heavy and has good springs to it. I don’t love the foam back, because it makes the whole thing not sit flush on a door or wall.

Assembly was simple. The directions are easy to understand and follow. It didn't take long to put together... at all. The backboard feels solid. It is made of poly plastic material. When a ball hits it, it doesn't shake too much. It stays pretty still. The metal parts seem strong. The hoop is all metal which is awesome! It stays on well. It has not fallen off during play. The way it hooks onto the door seems secure. It fits over the door without needing extra tools. A small rubber basketball was used with it. It works well with this size ball. A regular sized basketball might be too big or heavy. The hoop is smaller, so a smaller ball is better. The net is made of rope. It seems like it will last a long time. It doesn't tear easily. It stays attached to the hoop without coming loose. The hoop itself feels strong. It doesn't bend when a ball goes through it. It looks like it can handle being used a lot. Pros: Easy to put together Stays on the door Doesn’t wobble much Seems durable Cons: Best with a small ball (like the one it comes with) Smaller size... which might be a pro for some ... show more
