I don’t normally write reviews so early after getting a product but I just received this heater today and it seems to be very good for the price, I mean there are much better brands out there that are three times and four times the price and I do own some of those brands. But for a simple manual Oil radiator with no bells and whistles, this one works perfect. The thing I don’t like about the digital ones that I own that are more expensive, if the power goes out during a ice/snow storm, and I am not home. When the power comes back on, the digital ones do not restart automatically on their own , and that is a pain because I do use one of these heaters to keep my pipes from freezing in my basement. I have regular steam heat but the house is 120 years old and even with the regular steam heat. There is still some drafty and cold rooms that need a little bit of extra heat and these heaters work good. I live in the Northeast and we’ve already been below zero in the first week of December 2025. And this heater does an excellent job to keep my bedroom toasty warm on those cold, windy winter nights. I am a very light sleeper, so not having a fan in the heater like other heaters, makes it extra nice because it is a nice warm, radiant heat without the noise. It was easy to assemble with the provided. Wingnuts, did not need any extra tools. I don’t know if it has any safety features such as a tip over switch, or any of that as i did not experiment and try, but I only run it on the medium setting, never high because the wiring in my house is also on the older side and I don’t want to stress it by Adding unnecessarily high draw devices. On the second setting it draws around 700 W. On the first setting it draws about 550 W. The highest setting seems to draw about 1300 W but I don’t use it.

Works well for my small space. I have used a portable oil heater for last 12 years. Works great to warm up room comfortably.. This is my second one for my living room so I don’t need to move the one in my bedroom. I do not use my AC heat anymore….this is less expensive and does the job well. Does not overheat space but makes it comfortable. I even use it near my bathroom and it makes the space warm enough. Buy bigger model for bigger spaces. Good price. Good buy, So far so good. And it’s small enough to store in my closet during summer months.

I bought another one because it works really good. So now I have 2. I like that it has a 2 prong plug as to 3 which I think may use less electricity. It also heats up nice and the oil keeps it hot even longer. It automatically shuts off and turns on to regulate temperature which I like. It’s a great heater!

Been using this a couple weeks now and I really like it. I wish there were sizes available, I remember years ago I had one that was twice as big, they just didn't seem to make them that big anymore. This has been working really well for warming up an entire average size bedroom. The heat that comes off it is really nice, doesn't feel as dry as a space heater that blows hot air. So far the quality is there. If anything changes I will update my review. I can safely say right now I'm very happy with it.

I used this recently camping in our pop up and it kept us warm on the chilly night. Very light and easy to move. It did get pretty hot so warned the kids not to touch but worked great. Love the ambient heat it radiates

Cheap garbage. Possible fire hazard. Control panel got very hot to touch and handle was useless once the unit is running. Whole front panel gets uncomfortably hot on third setting. I willingly spent double the money for a De Longhi unit, that doesn’t get hot, just warm. Not to mention it KICKS! Strong intense heat within minutes. The Amazon one took a while to warm up. The delonghi unit had built in folded wheels that you just swing out, while the Amazon unit required customer to assemble with wing nuts. Something that small plus the control panel issue was enough to make me question where else they cut corners. Disappointed I wasted my time with this unit. Buy once cry once! For something as important and crucial as my winter heating I shouldn’t have cheaper out. Don’t buy this, buy the delonghi for double the price, cry once, and thank me later.

Simple, well made and really works great. Barely turned on to keep 13x13 room warm all nt. Much better than central heat. Didn't dry my throat didn't dry out. Get this. Lower heat bill. Easy to roll around room to room. No timer but easy to use. Love this.

i does what it needs to do. - Do not expect immediate heat because it doesn't have a fan but it's a consistant heat. As for the bad reviews DO NOT plug it into an outlet exetender - DO NOT plug it into an exension cord and DO NOT plug it into a surge protector. - They are not built for the constant wattage that goes through it and can cause fires. Plug it directly into the outlet. - If you do anything else - it is your fault. If i want more heat towards me I turn a stand fan on behind it to blow the heat at me. But really it's meant to be a consistant heat - I don't think a lot of people especially young than I am know how radiators work - takes long to heat up a room but it's consistant as long as it's kept on. If you want immediat get a non-radiator style with a fan that will just wind out drying your skin and make you itchy..
