Everything about the unit was exactly as described. There are multiple perks i didn't know where included (that's my fault for not reading the whole description) but the auto lock, and temp codes are pretty awesome. Key pad is the only downside... I used this product on my front door. It was very difficult to install. I don't like the battery casing on the inside of the door it's not very secure. The batteries do not last very long if you use your door frequently. My door handle sometimes doesn't bounce back up as it should. Does work and the touchscreen worked fine also. ... show more

I bought this door handle set because I like the more modern look than others you can find at Home Depot or Lowe’s and the price point is good. I had a door installation company installing a new front door and they put this handle set in for me. I came down near the end and they were frustrated trying to set up the electronic code and lock feature. We all followed the manual step by step and we’re continually getting error beeps. They left to go get some trim supplies and I messed with it more getting so frustrated myself I found myself in the reviews seeing other people having the issue. I decided to have a replacement sent. The install company came back and one of the guys pulled up YouTube and found a video - turns out the program code listed in the manual was incorrect which is why the keypad lock feature kept giving us the error code. Throw the manual away and watch YouTube and you will love the handle set! It looks so so nice!! ... show more

Sent it back due to low quality. I was looking for something with more heft. It was easy to install and I love the way it looks. Just felt really cheap and lightweight and when we pushed the lever down, it wouldn’t cleanly disengage the locking mechanism.

Instructions were unclear, but w/time we figured it out. Inside lever doesn't have the best quality spring inside, so it doesn't spring back to the center on it's own. Digital feature works well. Remember it's black; so caution it gets hot!!!

Not bad, wish the screen was a bit more sensitive so I don't have to push 5 times and don't like the fact that several numbers must be pushed prior to putting in code. I couldn't find how to not make that an option. Otherwise locks the door.

Works, however very confusing to use, especially the first time. The ENTER button cannot be used when opening the door or unlocking. This is DUMB and I thought the lock was defective originally. To program it, you use the enter button on the bottom left, but as a user you use the lock/unlock button on the bottom right. This lock would be so much better if they just allowed both buttons to confirm your unlock code. Otherwise fine - documentation is useless, so watch the videos posted here to get this figured out. ... show more
